The fresh/waste water tank can facilitate operation of cleaning tools (e.g., hard surface cleaners and/or carpet cleaners) in buildings with limited or widely spaced water supplies, without the need for long hoses. The power connectors can be coupled to wall power to direct power to the cleaning tools.
