본 발명은 영유아용 정화 마스크에 관한 발명으로, 미세 농도가 높은 외부 공기가 영유아의 호흡기로 유입되는 것을 차단함과 동시에 마스크부 착용시 노리개 젖꼭지부를 통해 심리적 안정감을 제공하고, 배터리의 교체 없이 필터부 내의 공기 청정기를 가동하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
Abstract:
A breathing mask has an air heat exchanger for transferring heat from air exhaled from a mask chamber to air drawn in to the mask chamber. The air heat exchanger comprises a first set of air flow channels in series with the filter for providing filtered outside air to the mask volume and a different second set of air flow channels for expelling air from the mask volume to the outside, and a thermal coupling between the first and second sets of air flow channels.

본 발명은 호흡연동형 전동식 호흡 보호구에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 사용자의 입 또는 콧구멍을 둘러싸도록 안면부에 착용하는 마스크부, 외부의 공기를 유입하여 필터링하고, 필터링한 공기를 상기 마스크부로 제공하는 제너레이터부, 상기 마스크부 및 상기 제너레이터부를 양측으로 연결하여 상기 필터링한 공기의 통로를 제공하도록 형성되는 커넥트부, 상기 커넥트부의 양측으로 부착되어 사용자의 목덜미를 둘러싸면서 지지하도록 형성되는 넥 서포트부;를 포함하되, 상기 제너레이터부는 사용자로 인한 흡기가 감지되면 팬을 통해 상기 외부의 공기를 새로 유입하는 방식으로 사용자의 호흡과 연동하여 작동한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명에 따르면, 기존의 헬멧 또는 고글 형태의 자동 차광 용접면과 결합하기만 하면 되기 때문에 종래의 전동식 호흡 보호구에 비하여 소형이면서도 실제 적용이 간단하고 상대적으로 낮은 공급 단가를 실현함으로써 가격 경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 경제적 효과가 있다. 그리고 용접 작업 이외의 금속 연마 작업장, 석면 제거 작업장, 건축 현장, 유해 물질 취급 작업장, 터널 공사 현장 등 유해물질 흡입이 가능한 작업장에서 각각 독립적으로 사용 가능하기 때문에, 다양한 산업 분야로의 파급 효과가 높은 효과가 있다.

A portable chilled air respirator device is used to treat air. Ambient air is drawn into an inlet of the device. The air is passed through a filter to filter the air. The air is cooled and dehydrated, such as by being passed over a reactant to create an endothermic reaction. The air is then secondarily cooled and rehydrated, such as by a secondary endothermic release of energy in an evaporative process, before being directed through the outlet of the device.

A self-rescuer device (100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600) comprises an intake pump (102, 202, 302, 402) that creates a gas stream. The gas stream enters a first sieve (110, 210, 310, 410, 510) that separates carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and oxygen from the gas stream to create a mixture. The remaining gas stream flows to a second sieve (122, 222, 322, 422) that separates nitrogen from the remaining gas stream and vents the residual gas to outside of the self-rescuer device through a residual output (128). The separated mixture is directed to a gas processor (131, 231, 331) separates the oxygen from the mixture. A nitrogen storage canister (132, 232, 332, 432, 532) coupled to the separated output (130) of the second sieve (122, 222, 322, 422) stores the separated nitrogen, and an oxygen storage canister (146, 246, 346) coupled to the separated output (145) of the first sieve (100, 110, 210, 310, 410, 510) stores and concentrates the separated oxygen until a purity threshold is met. Habitable nitrogen and oxygen are metered from their storage canisters and supplied to a user of the device through a breathing mask (150, 250, 450, 602) within an exterior mask shell (604).

A combination unit respirator (20) has an air delivery hose (10, 10') with a proximal end (22) with a three position lockable switch (40) that allows selection of APR, PAPR or SCBA modes, and a distal end (24) with a compact demand valve (30) responsive to the switch position. A filter cover accessory (60) is a modular accessory to a PAPR manifold that protects a PAPR filter (62) from premature degradation in harsh environments.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kartusche (10) für eine Atemschutzmaske (100), mit einem in einem Gehäuse (40) angeordneten Adsorptionsfilterabschnitt (12). Dabei weist der Adsorptionsfilterabschnitt (12) ein Trägermedium (14) und eine Aktivkohleschicht (16) auf, in der Aktivkohlepartikel durch Zusatz eines Fixierungsmittels (18) immobilisiert sind. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Atemschutzmaske (100) mit einer solchen Kartusche (10).
