Abstract: The invention relates to a sport equipment, whose primary aspect is endurance training. Another objective of the invention, apart from increasing endurance, is to minimize the risk of injury during and after practices. The invention has a comfortable, tailor-made design shell (1), filled with weight filler (2). The device provides a high degree of freedom to the user, because it does not obstruct the hands and legs while in use. The size of shell (1) is adapted to the user, such that the user can adjust to required size on the neck portion of shell (1), and the equipment takes on an endless shape. Furthermore, by closing the equipment, a 3 dimensional space curve is formed by around the longitudinal axis (4) of human body and the weight filler (2) is placed in sections along the direction of longitudinal axis (4) of equipment.

Abstract: An inertial exercise device includes a hollow outer ball and a weighted inner ball elestically suspended inside the outer ball by at least two opposing suspension members. The hollow outer ball, the weighted inner ball and the at least two opposing suspension members may all be integrally formed with each other. In one embodiment, the outer ball, the inner ball, and the suspension members are all formed from integral segments of a pliant tube. Abstract: A readily portable dumbell or barbell for exercising and weight training is provided in which weight units on an elongated handle comprise front and rear end plates interconnected by a collapsible/expandible fluid receptacle in the form of a resilient bellows. The weight unit is lengthened and expanded when fluid is added and is shortened and decreased in volume when fluid is removed. Calibration means are provided for visually indicating the weight of the unit corresponding to the longitudinal spacing between the front and end plates of the unit. Abstract: A device for retrofitting onto or incorporating into a conventional weightlifting machine is provided. The device includes a charge tank and a load tank and a set of hoses for communicating fluid between the tanks. The load tank rests atop a conventional weight stack, while the charge tank rests on the floor proximal to the weightlifting machine. A fluid control means is provided for alternatively filling the load tank with water stored in the the charge tank and draining the fluid back into the charge tank from the load tank, as desired. Before an exercise, the load tank is filled with water using the fluid control means. During the exercise, the fluid control means is set to allow water to drain back into the charge tank. The flow rate is set, either manually or through the use of a computer-controller, so that the weight-lifter is lifting his maximum capacity of weight during each repetition.
