Abstract:
A toy figure for use in a game is provided, the toy having a body portion coupled to a controller movably secured to a base member that is fixedly secured to the body portion, wherein movement of the controller with respect to the base member causes a corresponding movement of the body portion with respect to the base member and movement of the base member causes a corresponding movement of the body portion and the controller; and a button disposed on the body portion, the button being capable of movement from a first position to a second position wherein movement of the button from the first position to the second position causes a pair of body parts pivotally secured to the body portion to pivot from a closed position to an opening position.
Abstract:
A toy for children comprising a thimble fitted to the thumb of the player with a shaped figure of a warrior on top of the thimble, enabling a method of new game. The game is played by two opponent players, each player places a thimble with a warrior on his thumb, both player holding their hands with the rest of the fingers so the thumb with the warrior is free to contest the other opponent warrior. The purpose of the game is to bring down the opponents' warriors and gaining the higher score. The game includes a serial of different warriors attached to a thimble, each warrior has a different score. The player chooses his warriors according to the theme they represent for him and according to the warrior score, the higher the score of the warrior, the higher possibility to gain a higher score and win the game.
Abstract:
A toy figure (10) includes a body (11) having an upper torso (12) pivotally coupled to a lower torso (13). The lower torso (13) is coupled to a pair of supporting legs (30,31) while the upper torso is coupled to a pair of pivotally supported arms (15,17). A head (14) is further supported upon the upper torso (12). The upper torso (12) includes a spring (95) pivot allowing the upper torso to be pivoted approximately ninety degrees with respect to the lower torso (13). When pivoted and released, the upper torso (12) rapidly pivots back to its original alignment imparting a punching motion to one of the toy figures arms. A switch (85) is supported within the punching arm of the toy figure together with a flash element (50) and a light emitting diode (86). A control circuit (80) within the toy figure (10) torso responds to actuation of the switch (85) to produce a crash-type sound and to energize the flash element (50) to provide a simultaneous burst of bright light (51).
Abstract:
The patent is a toy set which simulates a wrestling match, which consists of two human figures with each having two legs and two jointed arms which being attached to bodies. The two attached arms are actually the main part of the invention to make this toy set a "moveable wrestling set", to join the two figures together and the arms and legs have to move freely to make it possible for the toy set to grip each other in different grips, likewise a wrestling match. The toy is operated with the aid of a string or (thin fishing gut) through the centre (middle) of the two jointed arms. The moveable wrestling toy sets could be accompanied with a wrestling ring.
Abstract:
An action figure is provided having movable appendages. The action figure includes a body having a plurality of appendages including a first appendage configured to rotate about a first axis and a second appendage configured to rotate about a second axis. The action figure further includes a first movement assembly configured to drive movement of the first appendage and a second movement assembly configured to drive movement of the second appendage. At least one of the first and second movement assemblies is configured to delay movement of a corresponding appendage.
Abstract:
Two playing pieces each include a body portion (20), a shield (32) having at least two hinged segments (46, 48, 50) attached to the body portion, a first control mechanism (54) operable to select one of the hinged segments as a blocked segment, a projecting element (28) attached to the body portion and having a raised position and at least two lowered positions, and a second control mechanism (42) operable to select one of the lowered positions as an active position. The two playing positions can be placed on a track structure (10) at opposite respective ends (16) for movement towards each other along respective paths of movement. In one possible outcome, the projecting element of one of the playing pieces strikes the blocked segment of the shield of the other playing piece and in another outcome the projecting element strikes an unblocked segment of the shield of the other playing piece.
Abstract:
A remote controlled toy robot having animated arms is disclosed. The preferred embodiment of the present invention incorporates a four wheel chassis with combined rear steering and drive mechanism. Both the right arm and the left arm associated with main body chassis of the present invention animate via signals sent by remote control. This animation includes a swinging arm motion, a punching arm motion, and locking arm motion. When a target area is hit a designated number of times, this triggers an event that temporarily disables one or more of a number of functions described. All of a number of push button switches trigger sound events described. The motion of said right arm animates in a manner that emulates a chopping and/or sword swinging motion whereby said right arm swings forward, outward and away from said main body chassis. The motion of left arm raises and lowers about the shoulder axis in a manner that emulates a blocking motion. The present invention allows for left and right steering and forward and backward, propulsion. When the animated arms are operated in conjunction with said combined rear steering and drive mechanism, the present invention can maneuver in a variety of ways, each of which depend on the users specific combination of remotely controlled animated events. The resulting said maneuverability of the present invention coupled with the function of said target area allows for a game of skill and strategy unparalleled in the toy industry.
