본 발명의 예시적 실시예에 따른 제강용 생석회 건식코팅장치는, 생석회를 수용하는 내부 공간을 갖는 챔버; 상기 챔버의 내부 공간으로 실리콘 오일을 공급하는 분사부;및 상기 생석회를 비산시키며 상기 실리콘 오일과 교반하는 교반부;를 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 제강용 생석회 건식코팅장치를 사용하여 제강용 생석회 표면을 실리콘 오일로 균일하게 표면처리(코팅)할 수 있다.
Abstract:
A process gas (such as a hydrocarbon gas) is flowed through a thermal cracking apparatus to crack the process gas into constituent components (such as hydrogen gas and solid carbon nano-particles, e.g., carbon nano-onions, necked carbon nano-onions, carbon nanospheres, graphene, graphite, highly ordered pyrolytic graphite, single walled nanotubes, and/or multi-walled nanotubes). The thermal cracking apparatus has an elongated heating element disposed within an inner volume along a longitudinal axis thereof. The elongated heating element heats the process gas as it flows within a longitudinal elongated reaction zone to thermally crack molecules of the process gas into the constituent components of the molecules.

The subject of invention relates to a shock absorbent, fire-resistant organic/inorganic granule coating, resistant to disintegration, with its characteristics of incombustibility, non-heat-retention, flexibility and non- flammability, in the form of cork wood bark granules and also by being mixed with synthetic granule products such as SBR rubber granules, and thermoplastic granules, either alone or in a mixture with these products, by being coated with a special binder coating, also, having uses in different fields in the form of a coating as a mixture of all the said materials with each other in order to enhance the shock absorbing performance and in the form of a coating separately and individually, used as a filler and/or top layer for sports grounds, as a shock absorbent layer in parks, gardens, and kids' playgrounds, allowing safe use on paths and outdoor decorative hot-pressed parquet floor coverings thanks to its durability and non-flammability.

Ice-melt compositions including calcium chloride coated with a lignosulfonate material are disclosed. The ice-melt compositions can be useful as ice-melt products with improved safety. Also disclosed are methods of melting ice using an ice-melt composition and methods of making an ice-melt composition.

A method for forming a pelletised evaporite mineral product, the method comprising: forming a material comprising a liquid and at least 50% by mass of an evaporite mineral powder; and processing the material using a pan pelletiser to form pellets comprising the material, the pan pelletiser being configured so that the mean dwell time of the material in the pan of the pelletiser is in the range from 60 to 120 seconds and the mean diameter of the pellets formed by the pelletiser is in the range from 1 to 8mm.

A hydraulic fracturing and gravel packing proppant composite with protectant on the surface of the proppant and the composition matters of the protectant and proppant. The surface protectant reduces the generation of dust/fines from the proppant caused by abrasion and impingement during transportation and conveyance, particularly pneumatic transfer.
