摘要: The invention relates toa method and apparatus for treating a side water fraction (1) which comprises at least one undesired compound and which is formed in a thermochemical treatment of biomass.The side water fraction (1) comprising at least one undesired organic compound is treated by means of a reforming treatment (2) in order to convert the organic compound into at least hydrogen (5) and optionally also other compounds (6) selected from the group comprising organic com- pounds, hydrocarbons, carbondioxide, carbonmonoxide and their combinations. The reforming treatment (2) is catalyzed by Ni/NiAl 2 O 4 catalyst (3).Further, the in- vention relates to the use of the method.

摘要: A process of producing oxymethylene ethers comprising the steps of: a) contacting hydrogen gas and CO and/or CO 2 with a mixture of methanol and a catalyst at conditions of temperature and pressure to support hydrogenation of the CO and/or CO 2 gas in the synthesis gas to oxymethylene ethers; the catalyst comprising: i. catalytic material being at least one metal selected from the group of Ni, Ru, Cu, Pt and Pd; and ii. an acidic catalyst support being at least one selected from the group of zeolites, alumina, amorphous silica-alumina and silica; and b) separating the oxymethylene ethers from the catalyst. Also disclosed herein is a catalyst for the production of dimethoxymethane from synthesis gas in a single contacting step comprising i. catalytic material comprising at least one metal selected from the group of Ni, Pt, Ru, Cu and Pd; and ii. an acidic catalyst support comprising at least one support selected from the group of zeolites, alumina, amorphous silica-alumina and silica.

摘要: Catalysts and processing useful in the dry reforming of methane (DRM) are provided. Catalyst are composed of nickel (Ni) nanoparticles supported on a hollow fiber substrate, such as an α-Α1 2 O 3 hollow fiber. The nickel (Ni) nanoparticles can be deposited onto the hollow fiber substrate support by atomic layer deposition. If desired, one or more layers of an overcoat of a promoter can be applied to increase catalyst performance such as in the reforming of methane.

摘要: 一种限域结构六面体形貌纳米镍基催化剂的制备方法,该方法首先合成出有机碳链插层的镍铝水滑石前体,利用有机碳源的爆发性原位均匀还原制备得到限域结构的镍基催化剂。该催化剂结构特点为结晶度高、小尺寸的六面体形貌的金属镍纳米粒子限域在Ni(Al)O x /C上。小尺寸的六面体形貌金属镍纳米颗粒限域在基体载体中暴露出更多的活性位点,将其用于对硝基苯酚催化加氢反应中,可有效提高催化剂的转化率及稳定性,还可用于苯乙炔选择加氢和糠醛加氢反应。

摘要: 본 발명은 활성금속인 철과 니켈 100 중량부를 기준으로, 철 및 니켈이 각각 80 내지 95 중량부 및 5 내지 20 중량부이고 스피넬 구조의 magnetite를 함유하는 Ni 및 Fe 함유 촉매 존재 하에, 일산화탄소로부터 메탄 및 C2-C4 파라핀 함유 합성천연가스를 제조한다. 본 발명에 따른 촉매는, FT 합성반응 및 메탄화 반응이 동시에 일어나도록 2종 이상의 활성금속을 사용하는 촉매로서, 수소 및 일산화탄소로부터 주로 메탄으로 구성되고 C2-C4 파라핀 함량이 높은 9,000 Kcal/Nm 3 ~ 13,000 Kcal/Nm 3 의 고발열량의 합성천연가스의 생산이 가능하며, 높은 C1-C4 생산성으로 인하여 기존 천연가스합성공정에 비하여 공정의 간소화가 가능한 촉매이다.

摘要: Herein disclosed is a method of reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emission comprising introducing one or more feed streams into a reformer to generate synthesis gas; and converting synthesis gas to dimethyl ether (DME). In some cases, the reformer is a fluidized bed dry reforming reactor. In some cases, the reformer comprises a hydrogen membrane. In some cases, the hydrogen membrane removes hydrogen contained in the synthesis gas and shifts reforming reactions toward completion.

摘要: The invention relates to a susceptor material arranged for supporting catalytically active particles, said susceptor material being a ferromagnetic and porous material having a porosity in the range from about 10 to about 50%, a surface area of about 5 m 2 /g to about 100 m 2 /g and a Curie temperature above 650°C, where said susceptor material has a spinel type structure, an inverse spinel type structure or a perovskite type structure. The invention also relates to a catalyst material comprising the susceptor material of the invention and being impregnated with catalytically active particle; a reactor system for carrying out an endothermic catalytic chemical reaction, a method for carrying out an endothermic catalytic chemical reaction as well as a process for manufacturing a susceptor material.
