A pulp lifter and a pulp lifter assembly are described for a rotary grinding mill. The pulp lifter has a leading edge and a trailing edge with respect to rotation of the mill, and includes a first wall bounding an interior space and a second wall dividing the interior space into first and second regions. The first wall includes a leading edge wall formed with at least one inlet opening providing access to the second section, an inner edge wall, and a radially outer wall. The second wall includes a guide that extends substantially from the radially outer wall to a trailing edge of the inner edge wall. The first and second walls form an outlet opening for discharge of slurry from the second section at a radially inner edge. The first section of the interior space is at least partially open at the trailing edge of the pulp lifter.

Предлагаемая конструкция решетки позволяет решить задачу упрощения технологии изготовления и монтажа решетки, а также увеличить срок ее службы за счет унификации деталей решетки и уменьшения затрат на ее ремонт. Решетка мельницы содержит набор отдельных концентрически расположенных одно в другом кольцевых элементов 3, установленных с зазорами размером А на опорных направляющих 2, закрепленных на жестком каркасе. Кольцевые элементы выполнены съемными в виде упругого разорванного кольца и снабжены пазами в виде канавки 4 по всему периметру элемента, с помощью которых элементы закрепляются на опорных направляющих 2 каркаса, имеющих соответствующие выступы 5.

A milling apparatus comprising a milling chamber loadable with a grinding charge; an inlet to the milling chamber via which a material to be milled is introduced into the milling chamber; and an outlet from the chamber via which milled material is extracted from the milling chamber; wherein a rotatingly driven centrifuge grinding separator is located within the milling chamber which separator comprises: an upper plate formed with a plurality of diagonally formed through slots; a lower plate formed with a plurality of diagonally formed through slots; and a ring located between the upper and lower plates formed with a plurality of diagonally formed through slots; arranged such that rotation of the central ring formed with the diagonal slots continually pressurizes such a grinding charge so as to force such a grinding charge from the centre of the separator upward and over the periphery of the separator and downward and under the periphery of the separator and rotation of the upper and lower plates formed with the diagonal slots pulls and draws such a grinding charge back into the centre of the separator.

A screening element (35) can be mounted at a discharge passage (28) of a grinding mill chamber (4). The discharge passage is positioned in use to receive ground particles moving thereinto in a discharge direction. The screening element comprises one or more openings (6) defined therein which are oriented such that ground particles pass therethrough in a direction that is oblique with respect to the discharge direction. The grinding mill chamber may form part of a centrifugal grinding mill.

Die Hubschaufeln sind schräg zur radialen Richtung angeordnet, so daß das Mahlgut frühzeitig zum Zentrum rutscht und dort über die Austragsöffnungen noch unterhalb der horizontalen Längsmittelebene der Rohrmühle ausgetragen wird.

The invention relates to a lifting wall arrangement (8) at an end wall (2) of a drum mill, having a plurality of segments (10) which are removably installable on the end wall, wherein each segment comprises an inner wall (10:1) and an opposing outer wall (10:2), wherein at least one lifting blade (11) is arranged on said outer wall, such that the outer wall, the lifting blade and the inner wall define a discharge channel (12) leading to a discharge cone (9), and wherein said inner wall forms a part of a sieving wall (13) in the drum mill. Each segment constitutes an integrated unit adapted to be installed on the end wall. Die Erfindung beschreibt ein Verschlusssystem für den Mahlbehälter einer Zerkleinerungseinrichtung. Dieses umfasst wenigstens einen Verschlussstopfen, eine Adaptereinheit mit einer durchgehenden Öffnung, in welche der Verschlussstopfen eingesetzt werden kann, so dass dieser die Öffnung verschließt und von der Adaptereinheit gehalten wird, weiterhin ein oder mehrere Fixierelemente, wobei die ein oder mehreren Fixierelemente eine lösbare Verbindung zwischen der Adaptereinheit und dem Mahlbehälter herstellen, um die Adaptereinheit abnehmbar am Mahlbehälter festzusetzen. Die Erfindung beschreibt weiterhin einen Mahlbehälter mit einem Verschlusssystem und eine Zerkleinerungseinrichtung.
