La présente invention se rapporte à une pompe (1) constituée d'un conduit déformable (6) disposant d'un orifice d'entrée (61) obturée par une valve d'entrée, d'un orifice de sortie (62) et d'une valve de sortie. Selon l'invention, la pompe comprend : - la valve d'entrée est constituée d'une paroi d'appui (23) et d'un clapet d'entrée (7), ledit clapet d'entrée dispose d'une zone périphérique souple et déformable (70) non ajourée, située en vis-à-vis de la paroi d'appui (23), - la paroi d'appui (23) est ajourée par au moins un orifice (24) situé en vis-à-vis de la zone périphérique (70), le clapet d'entrée (7) est relié à la paroi d'appui (23) par une liaison fixe non déformable, - la zone périphérique (70) a une forme sensiblement conique avant assemblage avec une grande base et une petite base et une face intérieure du côté intérieur du cône, ladite zone périphérique (70) présente une déformation consécutive à la mise en appui de la face intérieure de la grande base sur la paroi d'appui (23) en position assemblée.

A dispensing closure (10) for dispensing a flowable product (12) from a squeeze-type product container (14) includes a closure body (16) having an upper deck (32), an exit orifice (34), a flow conduit (36) providing a flow path to the exit orifice, and a skirt (40) configured to attach to the product container. A measuring reservoir (26) is received in engagement with a lower surface of the upper deck. The measuring reservoir is filled with a measured dose of flowable product through flow ports (54) when the container is inverted. A piston valve (28) is slidably movable within the measuring reservoir between an open position and a closed position. The piston valve is movable from the open position to the closed position to dispense the measured dose of product responsive to pressure within the container induced by squeezing.

The invention relates to a spray nozzle comprising an elastomeric tube (1) comprising a proximal end (7) through which a fluid is intended to enter said tube (1), and a distal end (8). The spray nozzle also comprises a slit (9) formed in the elastomeric tube (1) between the proximal end (7) and the distal end (8), for spraying the fluid out from the elastomeric tube (1). The elastomeric tube (1) includes a reinforcing element (10, 11) for limiting deformation of the elastomeric tube (1). By providing a slit in a tube between the proximal and distal ends of the tube, the slit can be sized to provide a broad spread pattern to the spray. The reinforcing element prevents over-expansion or deformation of the elastomeric tube.

본 발명은 펌핑식 화장품 용기에 관한 것으로서, 탄성버튼을 가압시 탄성버튼 자체의 탄성력에 의해 탄성버튼이 하방향으로 이동하였다가 복원되며 실린더 내부의 압력을 변화시켜 내용물이 배출되도록 구성됨으로써, 별도의 펌핑부재가 존재하지 않아도 간단한 구조를 통해 내용물을 용이하게 배출하는 것이 가능하므로, 조립시간의 단축은 물론, 제조비용을 절감할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.

The dome (20) can include a mount ring (30) and a flexible dome member (32) that are permanently bonded to each other, with the ring (30) and the base (22) configured to provide a releasable connection for retaining the dome (20) to the base (22). The valve (122) can be part of an outlet valve cartridge (28) that includes the valve (122), a valve base (120) configured to releasably mount the outlet valve cartridge (26) to the base (22), and a retaining ring (124) for retaining the valve (122) to the base (120).

Es wird ein Verfahren zur dosierten Abgabe von dickflüssigen oder pastösen, aseptisch abgepackten Inhaltstoffe (12) aus einem vor der Erstbenützung geschlossenen Schlauchbeutel (1) mit einer daran angebrachten Einwegpumpe (4) vorgeschlagen. Die Einwegpumpe (4) hat einen Einlass (5) mit einem Schneidorgan (6). Am Schlauchbeutel (1) ist ein Stutzen (2) mit einem Flansch (3) angeschweisst. Die Einwegpumpe (4) wird relativ zum Stutzen (2) gedreht und dabei der Schlauchbeutel (1) aufgeschnitten. Im Bereich der Austrittsöffnung eines Austrittsrohres (8) der Pumpe ist ein Ventil (9) angeordnet. Nach der Erstöffnung wird die Einwegpumpe (4) erst solang betrieben, bis ein frei wählbares Volumen aus dem abschliessenden Ventil ausgetreten ist. Danach betreibt man die Einwegpumpe (4) in umgekehrter Drehrichtung, um am oder im Bereich des Ventils (9) vorhandene Inhaltsstoffe (12) bis in das Austrittsrohr (8) zurück zu saugen. Hierbei gelangt oder verbleibt das Ventil (9) in seinem Schliesszustand. Zur Durchführung des Verfahrens wird ein Ventil (9) vorgeschlagen, dass im Austrittsrohr (8) angeordnet ist und eine dichtend und gleitend gelagerte oder umstülpbare Membran (93, 191) umfasst. Mittels diesem Verfahren und lässt sich der Inhaltsstoff (12) aus einem Schlauchbeutel (1) in dem es aseptisch abgepackt ist, auch praktisch bis zum völligen Verbrauch in quasi aseptischen Verhältnisse dossiert abgeben.

본 고안은 두 가지 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기에 관한 것으로서, 특히 화장품용기 상부에 마련된 혼합배출부재가 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성되어 있어 화장품 내용물이 배출될 때 함몰된 중앙으로 화장품 내용물이 모아질 수 있게함과 아울러 에어리스펌프 작용에 의해 높은 압력으로 상승하는 화장품 내용물이 혼합배출부재의 배출구멍에 결합된 압력차단수단에 의해 낮은 압력으로 화장품 내용물이 배출할 수 있도록 하는 두가지 내용물을 배출할 수 있는 화장품용기에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 고안은 화장품 용기(100) 하부에는 하부캡(201)과 결합되면서 화장품 내용물이 충진된 제1, 2용기(202)(203)를 수용하는 하부용기몸체(200); 상기 제1, 2용기(202)(203) 개구부에 구비된 피스톤부(301)와, 피스톤부(301) 외주연부에 마련되어 가압돌기(302)를 갖는 피스톤하우징(303)이 포함된 에어리스펌프(300); 상기 가압돌기(302)를 가압하면서 슬라이드 되는 측면버튼(500)을 수용하는 버튼하우징(400); 상기 버튼하우징(400)의 상부에 결합되어 화장품 내용물이 배출되며, 접시모양으로 움푹하게 형성된 혼합배출부재(700); 상기 혼합배출부재(700)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 화장품 내용물이 배출되는 배출구멍(701)이 마련되되, 상기 배출구멍(701)에는 에어리스펌프(300)에 의해 토출 압력으로 배출되는 화장품 내용물을 낮은 압력으로 배출될 수 있도록 하는 개폐노즐수단(702)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.

A foamer for use in dispensing a liquid product with a foam consistency includes a top cap, a closure, a housing, an air-flow diaphragm, a mesh screen and a valve structure. The closure includes a portion which is received by the cap and these two (2) cooperate to define a foam outlet. The housing is assembled into the closure and the diaphragm is assembled into the housing. The mesh insert is positioned adjacent the foam outlet. The valve structure is provided in two (2) embodiments, one being a duckbill valve with a corresponding holder and the other being a metering valve with a corresponding holder.

A multiple dose syringe has a first valve defining a first valve opening pressure and a second valve defining a second valve opening pressure. A storage chamber in fluid communication with the second valve stores multiple doses of a substance therein and includes an outlet for dispensing multiple doses of the stored substance therethrough. A compression surface is movable between first and second positions and defines a compression chamber between the compression surface and the first valve. Movement of the compression surface in a direction from the first position toward the second position dispenses substance in the compression chamber through the first valve and out of the syringe. Movement of the compression surface in a direction from the second position toward the first position causes substance to flow from the storage chamber through the second valve and into the compression chamber.

A shut-off system for a dispenser includes a pinch member that moves relative to a guide and which is normally biased against a flexible outlet tube that is disposed therebetween. The flexible outlet tube that carries material, such as soap, supplied from a pump to an outlet nozzle. The pump and the pinch member are in operative engagement with an actuator, such that when the actuator is not engaged, the pinch member closes the outlet tube to prevent residual material retained in the outlet tube from flowing or drooling out of the outlet nozzle. Correspondingly, when the actuator is engaged, the pump is compressed, and the pinch member is moved away from the outlet tube, allowing the material to be pumped through the outlet tube and dispensed from the outlet nozzle.
