    Abstract: A foamer for use in dispensing a liquid product with a foam consistency. The foamer including a dispensing cover defining a foam outlet, a closure including a valve seat and being assembled with the dispensing cover, a mesh screen constructed and arranged for receiving a mixture of liquid product and air and being received by the closure and a housing assembled with the closure.     Abstract: A foam-dispensing pump includes an actuator, a collar, a housing, an air piston, a liquid piston, a mesh element and an air valve structure. The collar is constructed and arranged for attachment to a liquid storage container and a portion of the actuator is received by the collar. The air piston is constructed and arranged to be moveable within the housing. The liquid piston is constructed and arranged to be moveable within the housing. The mesh element is constructed and arranged to receive air and liquid for the production of foam. The air valve structure includes an annular valve lip which is formed as part of the liquid piston and a cooperating annular valve element which is received by the air piston.

    Abstract: A mixing chamber for two fluid constituents is disclosed which provides improved mixing before the mixture is pushed through a mesh insert for the production of foam. Foam production using air and liquid is the basis of the exemplary embodiment though the disclosed mixing chamber could be used for any two fluid constituents. A single stream of air is diffused into a plurality of smaller streams of air. In the event a residual amount of foam is left behind such that it could dry out, improvement embodiments are disclosed in the form of anti- clog features.

    Abstract: A mixing chamber for two fluid constituents is disclosed which provides improved mixing before the mixture is pushed through a mesh insert for the production of foam. Foam production using air and liquid is the basis of the exemplary embodiment though the disclosed mixing chamber could be used for any two fluid constituents. A single stream of air is diffused into a plurality of smaller streams of air. The single stream of liquid is directed into an annular sleeve resulting in a thinner wall of liquid flow as compared to the entering liquid stream. This annular sleeve of a thinner wall of liquid flow surrounds the plurality of smaller streams of air. In a second embodiment, there are individual streams of liquid which are directed inwardly toward the individual streams of air. The mixing chamber construction is disclosed herein can be used for any two fluid constituents which would benefit for more thorough mixing.

    Abstract: A foamer for use in dispensing a liquid product with a foam consistency includes a top cap, a closure, a housing, an air-flow diaphragm, a mesh screen and a valve structure. The closure includes a portion which is received by the cap and these two (2) cooperate to define a foam outlet. The housing is assembled into the closure and the diaphragm is assembled into the housing. The mesh insert is positioned adjacent the foam outlet. The valve structure is provided in two (2) embodiments, one being a duckbill valve with a corresponding holder and the other being a metering valve with a corresponding holder.

    Abstract: A sprayer for dispensing a flowable product is disclosed and includes two (2) primary components including a housing and a valve insert. The housing includes a proximal end for connection to a supply of liquid and a separate attachment structure for connection to a product container, the product container including a flowable product which is intended to mix with the supply of liquid. A valve insert is assembled into the housing and the valve insert is movable in a rotary fashion relative to the housing in order to select one (1) of three (3) settings.
