본 발명의 관 이음쇠 압착공구는, 일단이 축핀으로 서로 연결되는 한 쌍의 지지부와 상기 지지부의 상부에서 조임 동작할 수 있게 형성된 한 쌍의 조임부로 이루어지는 몸체와 상기 한 쌍의 조임부 단부 측에 한 개씩 결합되어 있는 압착구를 구비하며, 상기 압착구와 몸체는 서로 마주보는 각각의 측면이 탄성구에 의해 탄력 지지가 되고, 상기 압착구의 압착구 배면과 상기 압착구 배면과 마주 접하는 조임부의 가이드면은 각각 원호상의 밋밋한 면으로 구성되어, 상기 마주 접하는 압착구 배면과 가이드면에 압착 과정에서 선접촉부가 형성된다. 또한, 상기 마주 접하는 압착구 배면과 가이드면의 사이에는 압착 과정 중에 상기 선접촉부의 후방으로 갈수록 점차 이격 거리가 늘어나는 쐐기형 공간이 형성된다. 이에 따라 본 발명은 가동조와 소켓부 사이의 슬립마찰 발생을 최소화하는 동시에 압착 시 소켓부가 돌출되어 혹을 형성하는 현상도 최소화할 수 있다.

Ein Verfahren zur Presssitz-Montage eines ringförmigen Bauteils (300) auf einem zylindrisches Bauteil (400) ist gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte: - das ringförmige Bauteil (300) wird unter Ausübung eines im Wesentlichen achsparallel zum zylindrischen Bauteil (400) wirkenden vorgebbaren Drucks auf das zylindrische Bauteil (400) geschoben; - das ringförmige Bauteil (300) wird während des Aufschiebens auf das zylindrische Bauteil (400) mit Ultraschall vorgebbarer Frequenz beaufschlagt.

A method for making a friction plate that includes a core plate and a friction facing is disclosed. The method includes cutting a pattern of friction material segments into a friction material sheet such that each friction material segment remains integrally connected to the friction material sheet, locating a predetermined number of the friction material segments adjacent to a surface of a core plate to which a bonding material is present, separating the friction material segments from the friction material sheet, and placing the friction material segments onto the surface of the core plate over the bonding material. An apparatus for practicing this method is also disclosed.
