Abstract:
The invention relates to a two-shaft compulsory mixer (1) whose mixing tools (4) are situated on two parallel mixer shafts (3a, 3b) in such a way and whose mixer shafts (3a, 3b) are also synchronised in such a way that with each rotation of the shafts (3a, 3b), the mixing tools (4) of both mixer shafts (3a, 3b) run from bottom to top through the horizontal line between the shafts (3a, b), axially adjacent to each other, in pairs, successively. In this way, the mixing tool pairs produce essentially continuous formations (9) as they pass through the area between the mixer shafts (3a, 3b), said formations emerging in a vertical direction between the two shafts (3a, 3b) from bottom to top. This significantly reduces the mixing times for a particular mixing quality compared to known two-shaft compulsory mixers with an identical number of middle mixing planes (5a-5h).
Abstract:
A method and apparatus (20) for extruding fibre cement. The extruder comprises a casing (30) with a pair of intermeshing self-wiping screws (40) rotatably mounted therein. The screws continuously mix and or knead the components of the fibre cement provided through various feed means (61, 62) to form a substantially homogeneous paste and force the paste through a die (50) to form a green cementitious extrudate suitable for curing.
Abstract:
Method for building walls with earth/sand mortars, characterized in that a mixture is prepared which contains between 15 and 50 % of earth and from 85 % to 50 % of sand, to which there is added a binder representing at the most 10 % based on the dry weight of aggregates (earth + sand) as well as water representing at the most 22 % of the total weight of dry components (earth + sand + binders); said mass is permanently stirred and is brought preferably by force to the inlet of a pump; said mass is pumped and projected against a support such as a removable wall that is removed after setting of the mortar.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mixer for concrete and similar mixtures, of the type composed of a parallelepiped tank (2) internally provided with one or more mixing shafts (3), each of them driven into rotation by a corresponding motor unit (UM) in external position with respect to the tank (2), which comprises, with the necessary connections, an electric motor (4), a gear motor (6) and an intermediate gear (7) interfaced with the end of the corresponding mixing shaft (3), characterised by the fact that the electrical motor (4) and the corresponding gear motor (6) of each motor unit (UM) are fixed to a single bearing frame (8) that is hung to the border of the tank (2) by means of one or more hinges (9).
