Abstract:
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Schuhs (1), insbesondere eines Sportschuhs, mit einem Schuhoberteil (2) und einer am Schuhoberteil (2) angeordneten Zwischensohle (3). Um eine verbesserte Ergonomie des Schuhs ohne Störung dessen Erscheinungsbildes zu ermöglichen, sieht das Verfahren die Schritte vor: a) Herstellen des Schuhoberteils (2) des Schuhs (1), wobei an der Unterseite des Schuhoberteils (2) eine Aufnahmetasche (4) angeordnet wird, die einen zumindest weitgehend geschlossenen Aufnahmeraum (5) für das Material der Zwischensohle (3) bildet; b) Platzieren des Schuhoberteils (2) samt Aufnahmetasche (4) in einem Gießwerkzeug (6, 7, 8); c) Eingießen oder Einspritzen von fließfähigem Kunststoffmaterial in den Aufnahmeraum (5) der Aufnahmetasche (4), um die Zwischensohle (3) auszubilden; d) Aushärtenlassen des eingegossenen oder eingespritzten Kunststoffmaterials; e) Entformen des Schuhoberteils samt Aufnahmetasche (4) und gegossener oder gespritzter Zwischensohle (3) aus dem Gießwerkzeug (6, 7, 8). Des weiteren betrifft die Erfindung einen Schuh.

A method of making a shoe, said shoe having an interior sole (10) and an outsole (8) being integrally moulded onto an upper (1) with an insole (4), comprising the following steps: providing of a last (30) having a wedge-shaped recess (32) is its heel area, said recess being defined by a projecting rib (33), providing an upper (1) with an insole (4) on the last (30), said insole (4) being provided with a hole (7) in the heel area, arranging the lower part of the last provided with the upper (1) and the insole (4) in a mould (34), injecting a plastic material into a closed mould cavity formed by the last and the mould, allowing the injected material to harden, whereby the rib (32) of the last (30) forms a corresponding groove (12) between the interior sole (10) and the inner face of the upper (1), removing the upper (1) with the moulded-on soles (8, 10) form the last (30), providing a separately formed insert (13) of a shape substantially corresponding to the shape of the groove (12) and placing the insert in the groove (12).

A shoe with breathable and waterproof sole and upper, comprising a breathable and waterproof sole (11, 111, 211) and an assembly (12, 112, 212) that is associated with the sole (11, 111, 211) in an upward region and is constituted by: - an external breathable upper (13, 113, 213), an internal lining (14, 114, 214) and, between them, a breathable and waterproof membrane (15, 115, 215), - an at least partially perforated or breathable insole (16, 116, 216), which is joined at least to the upper (13, 113) and to the breathable and waterproof membrane (15, 115, 215). The shoes thus composed, have the particularity of having a sole (11, 111, 211) that is joined hermetically and peripherally to the assembly (12, 112, 212) at the connecting region (17, 117, 217) between said upper (13, 113, 213) and the breathable and waterproof membrane (15, 115, 215).

A waterproof and moisture-permeable shoe which includes: a moisture-permeable and waterproof upper assembly (11-15) having a lower outwardly-folded edge (18, 20); an insole (16) having an outer peripheral component (22) to which the lower outwardly-folded egde of the upper assembly is perimetrically connected; a plurality of stitches (17) which connect the lower outwardly-folded edge of the upper assembly perimetrically to the outer peripheral component of the insole; a waterproof outsole (19) connected below the insole; and a waterproof sealing connecting element which is made of moisture-impermeable sealing material and which connects the lower outwardly-folded edge of the upper assembly to the outer peripheral component of the insole in at least one sealed region such as to provide a waterproof seal in the at least one sealed region. The moisture-impermeable sealing material of the waterproof sealing connecting element is a hardened material which has been injected in a fluid state, preferably as a portion of the outsole (19).
