Abstract:
An assembly, in an example, may include at least one die, a substrate comprising at least one electrical trace, a lid coupled to a first side of the substrate to contain an amount of fluid between the substrate and lid, and an adhesive film coupled to a second side of the substrate to protect the at least one electrical trace wherein the lid further comprises a main chamber for each of at least two distinct fluids and an overflow chamber fluidically coupled to each of the main chambers via an overflow channel.
Abstract:
Abstract:
A system (10) includes a cartridge attachment section (110) and a cartridge (30) attachable to the cartridge attachment section. The cartridge (30) includes a board supporting portion (84) supporting a board (85) provided with an electrical interface (86, 87, 88). The cartridge attachment section (110) includes a slider (170) having a first wall (171), a second wall (172) and an electrical contact (121). During insertion of the cartridge (30), the slider (170) is moved from a second posture where the electrical contact (121) separates from the electrical interface (86, 87, 88) into a first posture where the electrical contact (121) contacts the electrical interface (86, 87, 88). Upon completion of attachment of the cartridge (30), the first wall (171) and the second wall (172) are received respectively in a first space (161) and a second space (162) defined between the cartridge (30) and the cartridge attachment section (110).
Abstract:
One example of a system includes a bulk ink assembly, a printhead assembly, a valve, and a controller. The bulk ink assembly receives a bulk ink supply. The printhead assembly includes nozzles to eject ink drops, a collapsible container to supply ink to the nozzles, and a sensor to provide a sensor signal indicating the amount of ink within the collapsible container. The valve supplies ink to the collapsible container from the bulk ink assembly in response to a control signal. The controller provides the control signal based on the sensor signal to regulate the amount of ink in the collapsible container and to provide an out of ink signal based on the sensor signal indicating the bulk ink supply is effectively empty.
Abstract:
In one example in accordance with the present disclosure a printer cartridge is described. The printer cartridge includes at least one backpressure chamber to provide backpressure to a fluid during deposition of the fluid onto a print medium. The printer cartridge also includes multiple fluid chambers in fluid communication with the at least one backpressure chamber. A fluid chamber provides fluid to a portion of a printhead. Adjacent fluid chambers are selectively in fluid communication with one another via valves.
Abstract:
Examples provide an apparatus including a relative pressure sensor that includes a substrate and a cavity in a face of the substrate. The cavity has a floor in the substrate. A passage extends from the cavity. A membrane supports a pressure sensing device and is mounted to the substrate opposite the floor.
Abstract:
The present application relates to a continuously refillable ink-jet cartridge comprising a housing (2) having a bottom, a circumferential wall and a top, a backpressure element (3) contained in the housing (2), and a pipe (27) configured to inject ink through a mouth (28) into the housing (2). According to the present invention, the mouth (28) of the pipe (27) is located and configured such that it is at least partially surrounded by the backpressure element (3).
Abstract:
In one example, a container includes a rigid hollow core, a bag in the core to hold a printing fluid, and a plug plugging one end of the core. The plug includes a flange covering the edge of the end of the core, a part protruding from the flange into and plugging the end of the core, and a port operatively connected to an outlet from the bag such that printing fluid can flow out of the bag and through the port.
Abstract:
A cartridge assembly for modifying a surface. The cartridge assembly has a body and a base, the body defines a reservoir having a standpipe. The reservoir contains a treatment composition pressure element. Between the treatment composition pressure element and the standpipe is the head space, and within the head space there is a treatment composition dispersing device. The cartridge assembly can be used in a device for analyzing and treating tonal imperfections on human skin. The device, or apparatus has an applicator comprising a head and one or more nozzles, preferably the nozzles are arranged in an array and are associated with the cartridge assembly for dispensing a treatment composition therefrom.
