The first segment (16) has a retaining shoulder (18) at a fixed distance from the drinking end (38) and an orienting finger (22) extending from the retaining shoulder (18) to fit in a recess (34) on a lid (28) to hold the straw assembly (10) in position so that the longitudinal glide ridges (24) face the sealing cap (36).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a closing element (1; 201; 301; 401; 501; 601; 701) to close a bottle multiple times, comprising a dosing and dispensing element (3; 203; 303; 403; 503; 603; 703), a discharging hole (5; 205; 305; 405; 605; 705) made of deformable material, for instance, a nipple for a baby nursing bottle or a dispensing element for an adhesive or a drinking straw, consisting of a cap (7; 207; 307; 407; 507; 607; 707), the inner diameter of which corresponds at least to the outer diameter of the dosing and dispensing element (3; 203; 303; 403; 503; 603; 703), wherein the cap (7; 207; 307; 407; 507; 607; 707) consists of at least two parts, said parts of the cap (7; 207; 307; 407; 507; 607; 707) being movably connected with a rotation element (12; 212; 312; 412; 512; 612; 712) and comprising a closing element (10; 210; 310; 410; 510; 610; 710) to close both parts of the cap (7; 207; 307; 407; 507; 607; 707). The inside of the cap comprises segments (8; 208; 308; 408; 508; 608; 708) extending to the middle axis (17; 217; 317; 417; 517; 617; 717). Said segments (8; 208; 308; 408; 508; 608; 708) serve to crease the dosing and dispensing element underneath its discharging hole so that no liquid stored in the bottle can flow to the discharging hole while also enabling unproblematic transportation of the bottle.
Abstract:
The head (16) includes an application wall (30) having a central axis (Α-Α'), in which the application wall (30) defines at least one product dispensing orifice (82A), off- centered with respect to the central axis (Α-Α'), It includes a removable cap, mobile between a position for closing each dispensing orifice (82A) and a product dispensing position, the removable cap (32) comprising a bearing element (106B) on the application wall (30). The dispensing orifice (82A) remains clear when the bearing element is applied on the application wall (30), When the cap (32) occupies its closing position, each dispensing orifice (82A) is placed facing an intermediate closed region (154) of a bearing element (106B), located between a first exterior contact region (152A) of the bearing element (106B) with the application wall (30) and a second interior contact region (152B) of the bearing element (106B) with the application wall (30).
Abstract:
A dispenser (10) for dispensing a fluid from a container T comprises an inlet (17) for mounting to the container so as to receive therethrough the fluid, and an outlet (19) which is adapted to open to release fluid therefrom when a predetermined pressure is applied to the fluid in the dispenser at the outlet, and to close to retain fluid in the dispenser at a pressure less than the predetermined pressure. A wall of resilient material at the outlet has one or more panels (22-30) of elastomeric material provided therein, the or each panel being deformable to enable the adjacent resilient material (32, 34) to flex at the predetermined pressure and thus enable the outlet to open.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a drinking device which enables a drink to be drunk in a pleasant, hygienic manner, and can be both opened and closed with one hand. Said device ensures a completely secure closure and a good dosability, and meets all hygienic and aesthetic requirements. Furthermore, the inventive drinking device cannot be accidentally opened if subjected to pressure by means of the carbonic acid contained in the liquid. Said drink closing element consists of a closing cap (1), a sealed tubular element (2) inserted into said cap, and a drinking spout (3) which is fixed in the lateral parts (11) by two axial pins (4), and in which the sealed tubular element (2) is inserted. The invention is characterised in that when the closing cap (1) is screwed onto the bottle (5), the required tightness is obtained by means of the sealing rings (10), and in that the knobs (8) applied to the lateral parts (11) engage in the recesses (9) on the drinking spout (3). The properties enumerated according to the invention are the pre-requisites for achieving the functions described and the resulting use of said drinking device.
Abstract:
A dispensing closure (1) incorporating a flexible, self-closing valve (5) and a transport seal for preventing accidental dispensing of product through the valve during transportation and storage of a filled container. The closure includes a cover (4), which is adapted to move axially between raised and lowered positions, to actuate the transport seal. The transport seal comprises a sealing plate (8), located between the valve and the container opening, which partially occludes the container opening but defines at least one dispensing orifice (9). To form the transport seal, the cover is lowered so that it presses part of the flexible valve against the sealing plate around the dispensing orifice/s, thereby blocking the dispensing passageway to the valve.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a device wherein the lid (2), when it is in closed position, closes the tubular guide (1) top opening. The nozzle (3) fixed by its base to a container or bag containing the liquid, is engaged in the guide (1) and fixed thereto by its base by bayonet fitting (21, 22) enclosing between the two parts the support neck (5). By pivoting about criss-cross ribs (10) the lid (2) tilts over such that its cam surface (13) then its locking surface (20) press laterally on the nozzle (3) and maintain the lips (19) in open position.
Abstract:
The invention concerns a device for dispensing a fluid product comprising dispensing means, such as a pump (20), means for ejecting such as an ejecting nozzle (3) including a dispensing aperture (8), actuating means such as a thruster (1) and a closure system comprising a closing element (4) capable of elastic deformation between a closing position, in which it hermetically closes the dispensing aperture (8) and an opening position in which it opens the dispensing aperture (8). The invention is characterised in that the closing element (4) is, when the dispensing element is actuated, deformed towards its opening position by a member (2, 3) integral with said ejecting nozzle (3), said closing element (4) elastically returning towards its closing position after the dispensing device has been actuated.
