A presente patente de modelo de utilidade, com suas variantes construtivas, compreende uma embalagem (1), em formato de caixa, com fundo inclinado, dotada nas faces frontal e superior, um sistema de abertura (10), que compreende um corpo (11) dotado de um bico (12) em "L", o qual é ligado a um sistema sucção (13) que compreende um tubo de ligação vertical (14) na face frontal, e em cada uma das laterais, de uma bomba (15), inclinada e posicionada dentro da canaleta (16), se prolongando até a face posterior da embalagem. Dita bomba (14) é movimentada pela ação de uma mola e quando bombeada forma um vácuo no fundo do tubo de ligação vertical (14) sugando o líquido do interior da embalagem.

The spout is made by moulding equipment which comprises a counter-mould (300) with fixed insert (302) and a movable skirt (304), slidably fitted on the fixed insert (302). The spout may be made by means of a production method in which, during the injection of a first oxygen permeable plastic material, the skirt (304) is moved, coming out of the barrier (30), which remains in a fixed initial position.

    摘要： A carton includes a chamfered corner, and a dispenser defined in the chamfered corner. A fitment may be mounted to the chamfered corner of the carton, for use in dispensing contents from the interior of the carton by way of the dispenser. The fitment may comprise a base with a rearward receptacle that is in receipt of the chamfered corner of the carton. A passageway extends through the base, from the receptacle to a front opening of the passageway, and the contents from the interior of the carton may be dispensed outwardly through the front opening of the fitment. The fitment may include one, or more inwardly protruding mounting members that may engage behind one or more edges of the carton for restricting the fitment from being pulled off of the chamfered corner of the carton.
