Abstract:
Die Erfindung befasst sich mit einem Auflageelement (1) für ein Rad (12) zur Verbindung mit einer Förderkette (20) einer Rädermanipulationsvorrichtung, mit einer Drehachse (2) in x-Richtung, mit einem im Wesentlichen C-förmigen Querschnitt in einer zur Drehachse (2) senkrecht ausgerichteten yz-Ebene, wobei das Auflageelement (1) einen Auflageschenkel (3) und einen über einen VerbindungsSchenkel (4) mit diesem verbundenen Klemmschenkel (5) aufweist, wobei die Drehachse (2) im Bereich des Übergangs zwischen Auflageschenkel (3) und Verbindungsschenkel (4) oder im Auflageschenkel (3) ausgebildet ist. Darüber hinaus befasst sich die Erfindung mit einer Förderkette (20) für eine Rädermanipulationsvorrichtung mit einer vorgegebenen Anzahl von miteinander verbundenen Kettengliedern, die mit erfindungsgemäßen Auflageelementen (1) für ein Rad (12) verbunden sind. Außerdem befasst sich die Erfindung mit einer Rädermanipulationsvorrichtung mit zwei parallel zueinander angeordneten erfindungsgemäßen Förderketten (20), wobei jede der Förderketten (20) einen Antrieb aufweist.

A conveyor support plate (28) includes an upper transport surface (36) configured to receive objects arranged for travel on a conveyor system and a lower surface (34) arranged opposite the upper transport surface (36). A pair of transversely extending walls and a pair of side wall (39) connect the upper transport surface (36) and the lower surface (34). A plurality of cavities (30) are formed in the lower surface (34) between the pair of transversely extending walls and the pair of side walls (39) that terminate below the upper transport surface. The cavities (30) are configured to receive a roller (32) that extends through the lower surface (34) to support the support plate (28) during travel on the convey system.

Apparatus for conveying objects (1), for instance fruits, comprising - a first endless conveyor, with conveying elements (2) such as diabolos connected thereto, while a conveying position is defined between at least two conveying elements, one of which downstream and the other upstream, viewed in the direction of travel of the conveyor, and - a second endless conveyor, with product carriers connected thereto, comprising gripper hands (7), for transferring objects from between the conveying elements, the second conveyor being provided in the direct proximity of the first conveyor, wherein at least in the surfaces supporting the objects at the moment of transfer, the conveying elements comprise grooves (4) in a direction perpendicular to the conveyor, and said gripper hand has fingers (8), while the distance between the fingers corresponds to the distance between the grooves of the conveying elements such that upon transfer of the objects by said gripper hand the fingers are positioned at least partly under the objects in the groove ends (6) of the grooves.

The present invention encompasses an interlocking carrier and a conveyor system composed of a plurality of the interlocking carriers. The interlocking carrier (10) generally consists of a sleeve (12) for the placement of cargo therein, at least one carrier guide (14) and at least one guide support (18). The interlocking carrier may be a single molded article which is generally symmetrical about a midpoint axis. The interlocking carrier's symmetry allows for the formation of an endless chain of interlocking carriers based on a single mold. The design of the interlocking carrier also allows for the facilitate of the assembly of an endless chain of interlocking carriers without the necessity of tools, nuts and bolts. The conveyor system of the present invention is adaptable to a various assortment of packaging machines, and may replace an existing conveyor system or be an integrated component. The interlocking carrier is generally designed to convey partially formed cartons, however the interlocking carrier may be adapted to a multitude of cargo. Each individual interlocking carrier is also able to support and control a conveyable cargo by itself.
