본 발명은 연성회로기판(Flexible Printed Circuit Board, FPCB)을 자동으로 분류하여 트레이에 적재하고, FPCB가 적재된 트레이 다수개를 적층한 후에 한번에 배출하여 생산성이 향상된 FPCB 자동 분류장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명의 FPCB 자동 분류장치는 FPCB를 이송하는 FPCB 이송 컨베어(450)와, 상기 FPCB 이송 컨베어(450)의 일단에 형성된 FPCB 공급장치(400)와, 상기 FPCB 이송 컨베어(450)의 상부에 설치되어 이송되는 FPCB를 트레이(600)에 적재하는 로봇(300)과, 상기 FPCB 이송 컨베어(450)와 평행하게 설치되며 상기 트레이(600)를 FPCB 적재위치에 위치시키거나 이송할 수 있도록 형성된 트레이 컨베어(520)와, 상기 트레이 컨베어(520)의 일단에 형성된 트레이 공급장치(500), 및 상기 트레이 컨베어(520)의 타단에 트레이(600)를 배출할 수 있도록 형성된 트레이 배출장치(530)를 포함하는 구성을 갖는다.

본 발명은 제1 방향으로 왕복 가능함과 동시에 제2 방향으로 승강 가능한 제1 유닛의 일측에 부압을 발생시키는 제3 유닛이 제2 유닛에 의하여 제3 방향을 따라 이송되는 작업 대상물을 흡착하는 구조로부터, 일련의 작업 공정을 자동적으로 연속 실시함으로써 작업 공수를 줄이고 생산량 증대의 도모가 가능하도록 하는 자동 투입 및 취출용 지그 장치에 관한 것이다.

Für Messebesucher soll der Messebesuch in einer Art und Weise möglich sein, der weniger Stress erzeugt und weniger Kraft verbraucht. Es besteht also Bedarf an einem Präsentationssystem, mit dem es möglich ist, den Messebesucher (den kommenden Kunden) von unnötigen Wegen zu 10 entlasten, sodass der Messebesuch zu einem angenehm entspannten Erlebnis werden kann. Erreicht wird das mit einer Schaustellung oder Präsentation auf einer Messe, bei der mehrere Präsentationsplattformen (3) miteinander zugartig gekoppelt sind, und die gekoppelten Präsentationplattformen mit einer Geschwindigkeit kleiner als 5km/h in einer Endlosschleife auf einem 15 vorgegebenen Transportweg (2) und in einer vorgegebenen Richtung bewegt werden. Dies vorbei an stationären Einrichtungen (5) für Besucher der Messe, auf denen diese zunächst "stationär" sein dürfen, ohne irgendeinen Messestand zu verpassen.

A conveyor having an article-diverting device with left-handed and right-handed spirals rotated in the same direction to transport articles in a first direction or in opposite directions to transport articles in a different second direction. The left-handed spirals are arranged alternately and parallel to the right-handed spirals. Rotating all the spirals at the same speed in the same direction in one version of the conveyor passes articles straight across the spirals perpendicular to the axes of rotation of the spirals. Rotating the left-handed spirals opposite to the right-handed spirals diverts the articles atop the spirals parallel to their axes of rotation. In other versions, one set of spirals is constantly rotated and the other set is actuated by geared engagement into and out of rotation in the opposite direction or by raising and lowering into and out of position in contact with articles.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Transportfahrzeug (1) zum Handhaben einer Rotorblattform zum Fertigen eines Rotorblattes einer Windenergieanlage oder einer Teilschale eines Rotorblattes einer Windenergieanlage, vorbereitet zur Verwendung in einer Handhabungsvorrichtung (60). Die Handhabungsvorrichtung (60) umfasst einen ersten Schienensatz zum Verfahren des Transportfahrzeugs in einer ersten Richtung und einen zweiten Schienensatz zum Verfahren des Transportfahrzeugs in einer zweiten Richtung. Ferner umfasst das Transportfahrzeug einen mehrere Räder (13) umfassenden ersten Radsatz (10) zum Fahren auf dem ersten Schienensatz und einen mehrere Räder (23) umfassenden zweiten Radsatz (20) zum Fahren auf dem zweiten Schienensatz.
