The invention relates to a take-out roll, spreader roll, or equivalent for a web-like material, which roll (10) comprises three parts linked with one another, i.e. two end parts (12) and a middle part (11), which parts are pivotal with respect to one another for the purpose of bending the roll (10) into a desired curved shape. In the invention, the middle part (11) of the roll (10) is constructed to also operate as a revolving axle of the roll (10), which is mounted revolvingly on its support members by means of end bearings (19). The end parts (12) of the roll are mounted, in the area of their axial inner ends, on the middle part (11) by means of articulation devices (13). The end parts (12) of the roll are further mounted, in the area of their axial outer ends, revolvingly and in a radial direction movably on support parts (15), which are separate from the revolving parts of the roll, by means of bearings (14) fitted, in the axial direction of the roll, on the side of the inner side of the end bearings (19).

A spreader roll (10) that is useful to spread a slit web (14) into a plurality of split webs (14a) for rewinding or at numerous other critical processes positions on web machines and related finishing and converting equipment. The speader roll (10) includes a bowable shaft (20) and a plurality of interconnected cylinder elements (24) mounted for rotation about the shaft (20). The cylinder elements (24) each include a cylindrical outer surface (28) and opposite end portions (30a, 30b) having nonlinear profiles (30) to thereby provide intermittent support of the split webs as they pass over the spreader roll.

The invention relates to a bearing arrangement and a coupling element of a spreading roll. The spreading roll comprises roll segments (3) that are interconnected by coupling elements (14) to rotate around a shaft (2). Some of the roll segments (3) may not be mounted in bearings. The fastening on the shaft (2) is realized with one or more bearings (4) that are positioned in place by means of an outer casing (8) and a sleeve (5). The coupling elements (14) that are reinforced with an inner sleeve (18) replace the support previously supplied by the bearings (4).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wickelmaschine (1) zum kontinuierlichen Aufwickeln einer Faserstoffbahn (2), insbesondere einer Papier-, Karton-oder Tissuebahn, auf einen Wickelkern (3, 9) zu einer Wickelrolle (4), mit einer Tragtrommel (5), die mit der Wickelrolle (4) einen Wickelspalt (7) bildet, mit einer wenigstens eine Transporteinrichtung umfassenden Lagerung, die den Wickelkern (3) entlang einer vorzugsweise horizontalen Führungsbahn führt, und mit mindestens einer im unteren Bereich der Wickelmaschine (1) angebrachten Luftabquetscheinrichtung (10) mit wenigstens einem Luftabquetschelement, welche vorzugsweise unmittelbar vor Erreichung einer gewünschten Schichtdicke (S) der Wickelrolle (4) und/oder vorzugsweise unmittelbar vor Auflösung des von der Tragtrommel (5) und der Wickelrolle (4) gebildeten Wickelspalts (7) an die Wickelrolle (4) mittels wenigstens einer beidseitig wirkenden Bewegungseinrichtung bei Ausbildung eines Anpressspalts (12) anlegbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass die Luftabquetscheinrichtung (10) mit dem wenigstens einen Luftabquetschelement (10.11; 10.12; 10.2; 10.3; 10.4; 10.5) eine bombierte und die Wickelrolle (4) berührende Oberfläche (18) zwecks Ausbildung eines ebenen oder annähernd ebenen Anpressspalts (12) zwischen der Luftabquetscheinrichtung (10) und der Wickelrolle (4) mit einer Linienkraft (LK) im Bereich von 0,2 bis 6 kN/m, vorzugsweise von 0,4 bis 5 kN/m, insbesondere von 0,5 bis 4 kN/m, aufweist und dass die Bombierung (B) der die Wickelrolle (4) berührenden Oberfläche (18) der Luftabquetscheinrichtung (10) einen Wert im Bereich von 0,3 bis 40 mm, vorzugsweise von 1 bis 20 mm, insbesondere von 2 bis 10 mm, annimmt.

The invention concerns a take-out leading roll, spreader roll, or equivalent for a web-like material, which roll comprises a non-revolving roll axle (12a, 12b) and a continuous and tubular roll mantle (11) journalled revolvingly by means of bearings (14, 15) on said roll axle. The roll can be bent to the shape of the desired arc so that the roll axle consists of three parts linked with one another, i.e. of two end parts (12a) and of a middle part (12b), which are pivotal in relation to one another for the purpose of bending the roll mantle (11). The roll mantle (11) is journalled on the roll axle exclusively in the areas of the roll ends by means of bearings (14, 15) supported on the end parts (12a) of the axle. The material of the roll mantle (11) is preferably a composite material.

The deflection device on which the inner side of the curvature of the consignment (S) rests has a surface profile (P) with depressions (V) on the side facing the consignment (S). The tangential length of the surface profile is at least as long as the outside of the respective consignment.
