Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist Falzprodukt mit kompaktem Endformat und viel Fläche für Informationen bereitzustellen sowie ein kostengünstiges Verfahren zum Herstellen desselben. Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren, bestehend aus folgenden Schritten: Bereitstellen einer Bogenschichteinheit, bestehend aus mindestens zwei übereinanderliegenden Bogen; mehrfaches Falzen der Bogenschichteinheit quer und längs der Maschinenrichtung sowie ein auf diesem Wege hergestelltes Falzprodukt.

The invention relates to a method for applying at least one strip section (14a) to a flat product composition (11a, b), which comprises printed products in particular. According to the method, a strip section (14a) or an individual element of a specified length is provided and subsequently applied around a selected edge (31) of the product composition (14a, b) in a perpendicular manner with respect to said edge (31) so as to rest against the product composition (14a, b). A reliable operation that is independent of the type of the strip is achieved in that the selected edge (31) of the product composition (11a, b) is moved forward along a transporting path (12), the strip section (14a) is held ready at a specified point of the transporting path (12) so as to intersect the transporting path (12), the selected edge (31) of the product composition (11a, b) is moved past the specified point, and at the same time the selected edge (31) drives the strip section (14a) that is held ready.

본 발명은 각종 제본 대상물을 펀칭하고 스프링으로 제본한 완성품을 처짐 없이 파지하면서 적재 위치로 이동한 방향을 반전시켜 스프링끼리 접촉 없이 지그재그 상태로 차곡차곡 안정적으로 쌓을 수 있도록 한 제본 완성품의 적재장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 제본 완성품의 적재장치는 제본 완성품을 제본 위치에서 적재 위치까지의 이동 거리를 제공하는 지지용 프레임부; 상기 프레임부 일측에 축설되는 상부·하부기어 및 타단에 축설되는 종속기어와, 상기 하부기어와 종속기어를 연결하는 이동벨트와, 상기 상부기어에 연결된 동력벨트 및 상기 동력벨트에 동력을 전달하는 제1 구동모터로 이루어지는 이송부; 상기 프레임부에 길이방향으로 장착되는 레일과 블록으로 이루어지는 엘엠 가이드; 상기 엘엠 가이드의 블록 및 상기 이동벨트에 고정되는 지지판과, 이 지지판에 회전되도록 상단이 축설되는 피니언과, 이 피니언에 맞물리는 랙기어를 작동시키는 제1 실린더 및 상기 피니언의 하단에 고정된 회전판으로 이루어지는 반전부; 및 상기 반전부의 회전판에 장착되면서 제본 완성품을 집도록 선단에 가압구를 결합한 제2 실린더 및 받침대를 갖는 파지부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.

A paper−binding and −folding apparatus comprises stopper means (22) for stopping at a predetermined position the supply ends of a plurality of sheets of paper (P) that are supplied; an electric stapler (23) for binding together the plurality of sheets of paper, stopped by the stopper means (22), at a center portion (C) in the supply direction in order to produce bound sheets of paper; a paper−folding knife (19) for folding the bound sheets of paper, stapled by the electric stapler (23), at the center portion (C) in the supply direction; and a pair of ejecting rollers (18, 18) for ejecting the bound sheets of paper folded by the paper−folding knife (19) while supporting the bent portion of the bound sheets of paper. The stopper means (22) is arranged at a fixed position so that a generally central portion in the supply direction of the paper (P) is positioned at a place corresponding to the paper folding knife (19). Further, the electric stapler (23) is arranged for forward and backward movements with respect to the folding position of the paper (P).

The aim of the invention is to provide a folded product with a compact end format and a large surface for information, and to an economical method for the production thereof. Said aim is achieved by means of a method comprising the following steps: a sheet layer unit (43) comprising at least two superimposed sheets (41, 42) is provided; the sheet layer unit is folded several times in the transverse and longitudinal direction of the machine direction and a folded product (40) is produced.

A booklet making machine is provided, comprising a stapling arrangement adapted for stapling a stack of sheets (14) following a paper path. A contacting device (18) is adapted to contact the stack of sheets (14) and a drive means (20, 24) is adapted to impart a reciprocating movement of the contacting device. By means of a sensor (26) adapted to determine the distance of the movement of the contacting device, the thickness of the stack of sheets can be determined.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Anbringen wenigstens eines Streifenabschnitts (14a) an einer flächigen, insbesondere Druckprodukte umfassenden, Produktzusammenstellung (11a, b), bei welchem Verfahren ein Streifenabschnitt (14a) bzw. Einzelelement vorgegebener Länge bereitgestellt und anschliessend senkrecht zu einer ausgewählten Kante (31) der Produktzusammenstellung (14a,b) um die Kante (31) herum an der Produktzusammenstellung (14a, b) anliegend appliziert wird. Ein sicherer, von der Art des Streifens unabhängiger Betrieb wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Produktzusammenstellung (11a, b) mit der ausgewählten Kante (31) voran entlang einer Transportbahn (12) bewegt wird, dass der Streifenabschnitt (14a) an einer vorgegebenen Stelle der Transportbahn (12) die Transportbahn (12) kreuzend bereitgehalten wird, und dass die Produktzusammenstellung (11a, b) mit der ausgewählten Kante (31) an der vorgegebenen Stelle vorbei bewegt wird und dabei mit der ausgewählten Kante (31) den bereit gehaltenen Streifenabschnitt (14a) mitnimmt.
