본 발명의 열가소성 수지 조성물은 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 말레산 무수물의 공중합체인 제1 방향족 비닐계 수지; 방향족 비닐계 단량체, 말레산 무수물 및 화학식 1로 표시되는 말레이미드계 단량체의 공중합체인 제2 방향족 비닐계 수지; 고무변성 비닐계 그라프트 공중합체; 및 강화 필러;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 열가소성 수지 조성물은 내열성, 강성, 치수 안정성 등이 우수하다.

The mass transit vehicle component of the invention is prepared from i) pellets of a flame retardant glass fibre reinforced polypropylene composition; ii) a composition comprising: a) pellets of a fibre reinforced polypropylene composition; and b) a flame retardant polypropylene dilution composition; or iii) a composition comprising: a) pellets of a flame retardant fibre reinforced polypropylene composition, and b) a flame retardant polypropylene dilution composition.

Abstract:
A free-standing solid composite intumescent structure has at least one bendable metal mesh, preferably at least two, secured on or in a bendable intumescent sheet material. The structure is bendable by a bending force into a shape at a temperature above -10°C while retaining the bended shape when the bending force is removed. The intumescent sheet material has 10 wt% or more, based on total weight of the sheet material, of a polymeric resin; inorganic filler; and, an intumescent component. Fire protection barriers can be made from the free-standing solid composite intumescent structure, which can be used in fire protection systems where the fire protection barrier is installed on a substrate, for example steel building elements.

Изобретение относится к области полимерного материаловедения, к получению конструкционного полимерного композиционного износостойкого материала на основе сверхвысокомолекулярного полиэтилена, который может быть использован для изготовления износостойких футеровок, применяемых для облицовки горно-обогатительного и горнодобывающего оборудования. Композиция содержит сверхвысокомолекулярный полиэтилен и неорганический наполнитель. В качестве неорганического модификатора используется измельченное базальтовое волокно. Композиция по изобретению позволяет повысить прочность и износостойкость исходного материала.

An anisotropic conductive film (ACF) comprising: (a) an adhesive layer having a substantially uniform thickness; and (b) a plurality of conductive particles individually adhered to the adhesive layer, wherein the conductive particles include a first non-random array of particle sites partially embedded at a first depth within the adhesive layer and a second fixed non-random array or dispersion of conductive particles partially embedded at a second depth or a dispersion of conductive particles fully embedded within the adhesive layer, wherein the first depth and the second depth are distinctly different. The ACF may be supplied as a sheet, a continuous film or as a roll and the multi-tier morphology may be present throughout the length of the product or in select areas.
