The method according to the present invention renders the surface of bitumen materials to be non-tacky, and minimize or eliminate the loss of the bitumen materials to traffic. The method according to the present invention may also be used on top of prime coat and fog seal, to reduce tackiness of bitumen materials from cured bitumen emulsions, and to decrease unnecessary and unwanted tracking by passing traffic.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Fahrbahnaufbaus (1) umfassend die Schritte (i) Aufbringen einer hohlraumreichen Asphalttragschicht (3) auf eine Tragstruktur (2), insbesondere Aufbringen einer hohlraumreichen Asphalttragschicht (3) auf eine Betonstruktur (2); (ii) Aufbringen eines Reaktionsharzgemisches (4) auf die hohlraumreiche Asphalttragschicht (3) aus Schritt (i); (iii) Aufbringen eines Haftmittels (5) auf die hohlraumreiche Asphalttragschicht (3 ) aus Schritt (i), wobei es sich bei dem Haftmittel um einen bei Raumtemperatur festen Thermoplast handelt; (iv) Aufbringen einer Deckschicht (6) auf Bitumenbasis.

본 발명은 통기성 폴리에틸렌 필름을 포함하는 아스팔트 보강재에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 특성이 상이한 폴리에틸렌 조성물에 무기물을 첨가하여 제조한 통기성 폴리에틸렌 필름을 포함하는 아스팔트 보강재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 통기성 폴리에틸렌 필름을 포함하는 아스팔트 보강재는 접착력, 시공성, 유연성 및 기계적 강도 등이 우수하다.
Abstract:
The present invention is directed to a multi-axial fabric which is dimensionally-stabilized. The composite fabric has a substrate and a plurality of first, second, third, and fourth strands disposed across the substrate and oriented in non-parallel directions with respect to one another. Binding fiber secures the aforementioned strands to the substrate. The composite fabric can be substantially free of more than three strands overlapping at a common position on the substrate. A road employing the multi-axial fabric is described.

Semi-independent surface coating assemblies made from synthetic resins, cement grout, epoxy cement or other liquid components which set over time are described, said assemblies comprising at least one cast base layer (3), wherein a reinforcement meshing (4) is incorporated during the casting process into the entire surface (9) to be treated, said meshing having initially been secured in various points to the substrate by distributed anchoring studs (1 and 2) fixed to the substrate (9). These wear resisting layers are seamlessly applied in a liquid state, irrespective, for example, of the surface tensile resistance of the substrate (9) to be treated and of its general surface state. The invention is useful for reconditioning damaged industrial floorings and utility surfaces.

A rising crack prevention system between the structural and wearing courses of a roadway, including a geotextile layer impregnated with a first asphalt binder, and being characterized in that it further includes a layer of roadstones coated with a second asphalt binder adjacent to the geotextile layer impregnated with the first asphalt binder. The unique double-layer construction of said rising crack prevention system is efficient in preventing or at least greatly slowing down the spread of cracks from the structural course to the wearing course of the road.

The reinforcing fabric includes at least one glass fiber, wherein the at least one glass fiber includes a binder, the binder including a polymer resin and a filler, the filler including a recycled asphalt shingle. Further included is a method of reinforcing pavement with the aforementioned reinforcing fabric.

Zur Lösung der Aufgabe, einen wirtschaftlichen, dauerhaften und resourcenschonenden Verkehrsflächenaufbau zur Verfügung zu stellen, der kostengünstig herstellbar ist und insbesondere die Teile der gebundenen und der ungebundenen Schichten des Verkehrsflächenaufbaues, der unter der Fahrbahndeckschicht liegt, vor Wasserzutritt zu schützen, wird erfindungsgemäß ein solcher vorgeschlagen, umfassend mindestens eine Unterschicht, mindestens eine Asphaltoberschicht und mindestens eine Zwischenschicht, die auf der mindestens einen Unterschicht aufgebracht ist, wobei die mindestens eine Zwischenschicht ein Material umfasst, umfassend mindestens ein silanterminiertes Polymer.
