Class of invention: wall seal unit in particular for bell-shaped, cup-shaped or tubular coverings for pipe ducts, connections and the like, in particular a wall seal unit for rose coverings used for plumbing joints. Problem addressed by the invention: to create a simple, and thus easily manufactured and installed, wall seal unit for coverings, particularly in plumbing, which is durable and easy to clean. Characteristics of the proposed solution: the seal unit comprises at lease one strand-shaped, in particular ring-shaped sealing element (10, 20) which can be inserted between the covering and the wall and consists at least in part of a soft elastic and/or soft plastic elastomer or appropriate elastomer mixture with a permanent set of at least approximately 2 % and in particular at least approximately 5 %.

A means for mounting a valve assembly in a plastic faucet cover plate and for securing said plate to a deck of a sink. The means comprise an annular seat (75) formed inside of a flange (74) in the cover plate (70) in which the valve is disposed, a plastic split annular retaining washer (60) adapted to be seated on said annular seat, and an annular flange (32) having an abutting surface on the bonnet (14) of said valve assembly (11) adapted to abut against the top of the retaining washer and press it against the seat when the valve assembly is inserted into the flange of the cover plate. The bonnet (14) also has improved sealing means comprised of an annular flange (21) having an undercut in its bottom into which is inserted a sealing member such as an O-ring (24). The sealing member is encapsulated on three sides by the material forming the bonnet.

The invention concerns a plaster-protective cover for bathroom fittings mounted recessed in the wall, the cover being fixed to the buried part of the fitting and having an outwards-facing dome-shaped cap designed to protect the fitting parts inside it. The aim of the invention is to improve the sealing round the hole pierced in the wall for the fitting. To this end, the invention calls for the protective cover (5) to be surrounded by a collar-like sealing element (3, 13) which produces a watertight seal and which has, at the wall end, an annular flange (11) which rests against the wall (8). The flange (11) is embedded in a layer (2) of sealing material applied following installation of the buried part of the fitting (10) as the bed layer for subsequently laid tiling (1), and the flange thus seals off the edge of the hole pierced in the wall for the buried part of the fitting.

The disadvantages of existing cover surrounds for wall-mounted bathroom fittings are avoided by the invention by virtue of the fact that the cover surround comprises an inner supporting plate (10) fastened to the wall (7) and an outer cover plate (11). The inner supporting plate (10) is preferably designed to be held in place by fixation means (13), while the outer cover plate (11) can be clipped over the inner supporting plate (10), thus concealing the fixation means (13) used to fasten the supporting plate (10).

A sprayer seating assembly is disclosed for more securely docking a sprayer head (12) to an escutcheon (24) positioned on a countertop (14) or the like. The escutcheon has a bore (38) extending there through and a recess (40) adjacent the bore. A sprayer head is linked to a supply hose (36) and has a recess (42) adjacent a base portion (28) of the sprayer head. A flexible snap member (44) is mounted in one of the recesses (40; 42) such that it can flex at least partially into the other of the recesses when the recesses are aligned. The escutcheon forms a rest seat for the sprayer head and the flexible snap member assists in removably retaining the sprayer head against the rest seat.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Einhandmischer für zwei Flüssigkeiten unterschiedlicher Temperatur, bei dem je eine Stellgröße (21, 22) für Dosierung und Temperatur nach einem Zugriff einer Hand über Drehsteller (31, 32) von Hand stellbar sind. Ventile (1, 2) und Drehsteller sind in Aufbaulage auf entgegen gesetzten Seiten einer breitflächigen, sanitären Trennwand (4) positionierbar, die oberhalb der Ventile (1, 2) und der Anschlüsse (70) diese allein dem Benutzerblick vollständig verbergend übergreift, wobei beide Stellgrößen, nicht aber die Kartusche (11), durch nur eine Durchgriffsöffnung (5) in der Trennwand (4) hindurchführbar sind, durch die nach zumindest einseitigem Durchgriff Drehsteller und Ventile zueinander justier- und montierbar sind. Das ermöglicht neue Freiheiten in der Gestaltung von mechanischen Einhandmischern und geringere Kosten, die Verwendung einer Unterbau-Kartusche unterhalb Becken für schlanke, frei formbare Gehäuse, sowie einen Integralkorpus zur Wandmontage, wie z.B. für Duschen, der als dünnwandige Schale Kartusche und Anschlüsse verdeckt ohne Wandeinbau und Rosetten.

This allows the sleeve to orient the fluid delivery device for proper mounting to the surface.

Das Dekorteil (15) und das Befestigungsteil (17) werden über ein separates Bajonettringelement miteinander verbunden, das wenigstens ein Riegelelement aufweist, welches in einer Betätigungsrichtung (U) entlang des Rosettenumfangs zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung (V), in der das Dekorteil (15) am Befestigungsteil (17) montiert ist, und einer Entriegelungsstellung (E) verstellbar ist, in der das Dekorteil (15) und dem Befestigungsteil (17) vom Befestigungsteil (17) lösbar ist.
