Sistema estructural para resolver con perfiles plegados de acero ligero galvanizado conformados en frío y componentes de poliestireno armados, la estructura de cualquier edificación a través de un conjunto de elementos estructurales como son: paneles exteriores (23), paneles inferiores (24), forjados (29) y cubiertas con cerchas (30 y 31). Los elementos estructurales verticales, paneles exteriores e interiores, comprende una pluralidad de perfiles que se clasifican en tres: perfiles principales con rigidizador descentrado Pl (I) y con rigidizador centrado P2(2), perfiles secundarios con rigidizador que pueden ser descentrado (7 y 10) y centrado (8 y 11) y perfiles secundarios sin rigidizador (6 γ 9) y una pluralidad de placas de poliestireno armadas (14) que encajan en los rigidizadores (33) a través de la relación entre la moduladión (40) y la anchura de los componentes de poliestireno (41). Disclosed is a floor assembly for a modular building unit that avoids the need to turn the floor assembly frame over for installation of a floor subsheet, and that likewise provides a modular floor subsheet that may be fitted to the modular building unit without welding, rivets, screws, or other tooling. A floor assembly frame includes side rails that form the exterior, bottom perimeter of the modular building unit, and joists that extent between parallel side rails of the floor assembly frame. The joists are configured at their base on one side with a slot configured to receive one end of a section of a floor subsheet. An opposite end of the floor subsheet is then positioned overtop the joist element that forms the top portion of the slot on an adjacent joist, which opposite end may then be held in place with a pin, clip, or other fastener requiring minimal effort to install. Such assembly allows all components of the floor to be installed from above, thus avoiding the need to invert the frame of the floor assembly during installation. Likewise, the modular nature of the assembly allows installation to be carried out by fewer personnel than required in traditional installations.

Around the bottom part of a carrying beam (10), each time, a secondary thermal insulation body (60) is arranged, that abuts against the primary thermal insulation bodies (50) on both sides of the carrying beam.

There is provided a structural unit (1) for a building comprising: at least one truss (2); at least one fibrous cementitious building element (3); and at least one connection member (5) configured to connect the at least one truss (2) to the at least one fibrous cementitious building element (3), wherein, the connection member is integral with the building element and accessible for connection of the at least one truss (2) to the building element (3). Also claimed is a method of constructing the structural unit (1).
