Abstract:
Bio-composite pultruded products (100, 104, 107, 110, 114, 117) either in "I" profile or "Plate" profile of higher cross sectional area where said products consisting essentially natural fibres selected from hemp, jute, sisal and. flex as core impregnated with a resin system comprise of at least one resin, curing system comprising a curing agent and an accelerator, a filler, a thinner, pigment or any other additives; encapsulated between bi-directionally and / or uni-directionally oriented synthetic fabric selected from polyester, carbon, aramid, glass, basalt and mixtures thereof impregnated with said resin system are provided. in another bio-composite pultruded products either of "I" profile or "Plate" profile of higher cross sectional area where said products consisting of plank of short fibers bagasse premixed with the said resin system as core is enclosed between the natural fibers selected from hemp, jute, sisal and flex impregnated with the resin system which is further enclosed between bi-directionally and / or uni-directionally oriented synthetic fabric selected from polyester, carbon, aramid, glass, basalt and mixtures thereof impregnated with the resin system. The system and method for the preparations of said bio-composite pultruded products, are also illustrated herein. These products lead to a significant reduction in weight and reduction in density with higher stiffness and bending strength. The present bio-composite products are encapsulated by fabrics in the peripheral area brings more integrity uniformity of jute materials. This leads to a significant cost reduction in a without sacrificing much tensile strength.

Abstract:
A construction element which is made of composite material and used to form multi-story constructions by connecting at least one floor panel (30) which has a connection niche (32) on its lateral surface (31) and a wall brick (70a, 70b, 70c) which forms a wall and has at least one integral connection element (72, 73). The construction element includes a body (11, 21) made of composite material which includes at least one type of fiber and at least one type of resin, at least one connection element (123, 223, 121, 221) which is integral with the body (11, 21) so that it enables the body (11, 21) to be connected to the connection element (72, 73) of wall brick (70a, 70b, 70c), and at least one connection niche (132, 232) configured so that it connects to the connection niche (32) of floor panel (30).
Abstract:
A modular system for a sub-ceiling composed of a plurality of substantially horizontal side-by-side panels (P, P'), comprises a plurality of beams (2, 2'), which are designed to be secured to a floor in substantially horizontal positions, each beam (2, 2') having a substantially U-shaped cross section, with a pair of substantially vertical side walls (4, 4'), and a plurality of interface members (5, 5'; 6, 6') which are designed to be coupled to said side walls (4, 4') for securing respective sub-ceiling panels (P, P') to each of the beams (2, 2'). The interface members (5, 5'; 6, 6') have quick connection means (7, 7'; 8, 8') for snap connection with no universal connection members to the outer side surfaces (9, 9') of the substantially vertical side walls (4, 4'). Each beam (2, 2') has at least one pair of lateral connecting members (15, 15') outwardly projecting and each firmly associated with a respective substantially vertical lateral wall (4, 4').
Abstract:
A wall stud for positioning between an opposing pair of formwork boards, the wall stud including a body, two side walls located on opposing sides of the body, each side wall having an inner face and an outer face, wherein: the body has at least one opening adapted to receive at least one reinforcing rod; the outer face of the side walls are securable to a said formwork board, and the body is affixed to approximately the centre of the inner face of each side wall so that a horizontal cross-section of the stud is substantially an H shape. A wall stud assembly, a method of wall construction, and a wall constructed using a wall stud as described above.
Abstract:
The Easy build unit comprises of the male joining track 1, female joining track 2, and the bracket made up of the block 3 and an extension arm 4. The male joining track is fitted to a wooden panel or similar building material and then joined to another material that is fitted with the opposite female joining track. The bracket has a multi purpose function.allowing a fitted panel be installed at an angle when building a roof and can act as a stand when installing a panel vertically (this is useful for the partitioning of a large room). This process is continued to complete the desired building project.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to structural members made of composite material, comprising a body which is made of a composite material with at least one type of fiber and at least one type of resin; and at least one connection member which is one piece with said body in order to provide connection to another structural member with the same characteristics. The present invention also relates to modular structures like buildings (10) produced using said structural members.
Abstract:

Abstract:
A thermal insulating and substantially moisture impermeable rigid extrusion comprising 40 to 75 wt% rice husks, a coupling agent, a lubricant, a plasticizer, and the balance a thermoplastic plastic, preferably a thermoplastic polyolefin plastic selected from the group consisting of high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, homopolymer polypropylene, copolymer polypropylene, and combinations thereof. The rigid extrusion may be an elongated strip in the shape of a panel, a sheet, a board, a stud, a door frame jamb, a door frame header, an I-beam, a hollow post or beam with partially or fully encapsulated glass fibre reinforcing, a baseboard, a quarter-round, a cove molding, a fascia or a soffit. A preferred rigid extrusion has longitudinal tongue and groove side edges and longitudinal ribs and recesses formed across a face thereof substantially from one side edge to the other. The extrusion may be cut transversely to form a rectangular floor panel having a transverse tongue formed in one end and a mating groove formed in the other end for assembly of abutting panels together side-by-side and end-to-end to produce a continuous floor surface adapted for assembly with the ribbed surface facing downwardly.
Abstract:
A kit for an easy quick connect structural system for constructing framework structures comprising a plurality of elongate rectangular prism frame members is provided. The frame members incorporate custom design features which provide structural strength, facilitate assembly and expansion of the framework structure and allow ease of attachment and securing of accessories. These design features include a corner groove, a central hollow longitudinal chamber, at least one sub-trade chamber, at least one outer main channel, stub- nosed channels, and claw assembles flanking each corner groove. There is provided a plurality of snap-in connectors designed and configured to mate with the frame members such that the frame members can be secured in various arrangements with respect to each other. There is further provided custom reinforcement brackets designed and configured to securely bind together a selection of the plurality of the frame members.
