Puntal de obra con dispositivo de refuerzo Puntal de obra que comprende un tubo exterior, un tubo interior y una pieza de fijación de los tubos entre sí, comprendiendo el tubo exterior una tuerca de ajuste en su extremo superior, siendo el tubo interior susceptible de desplazarse por el interior del tubo exterior y comprendiendo dicho tubo interior una pluralidad de parejas de agujeros distribuidos a lo largo de su longitud, estando dichos agujeros dispuestos en posiciones diametralmente opuestas del tubo interior, atravesando dicha pieza de fijación una de las citadas parejas de agujeros del tubo interior para impedir el movimiento relativo entre los tubos exterior e interior, caracterizado por disponer de un dispositivo de refuerzo, comprendiendo dicho dispositivo de refuerzo un manguito tubular susceptible de deslizarse por el exterior del tubo interior del puntal de obra y comprendiendo dicho manguito tubular medios de fijación al puntal de obra.

A support post comprising first and second elongate members, a ceiling engaging member at the upper end of the first elongate member and a floor engaging member at the lower end of the second elongate member. A spring biases the ceiling engaging member away from the upper end of the first elongate member. A lock maintains the spring in a compressed configuration. When in its unlocked position the lock releases the spring and permits it to apply a biasing force to the ceiling engaging member, urging the ceiling engaging member away from the upper end of the first elongate member. A latch is secured to the first elongate member and permits telescopic movement between the elongate members when said lock is in its locked position. The latch engages the second elongate member when the lock is in its unlocked position and resists relative telescopic movement between the elongate members.

Base pneumática para escoras metálicas trata-se de um equipamento cuja principal finalidade é permitir a remoção das escoras metálicas sem prejudicar a integridade da laje ou coluna sustentada e tornando-a isenta da utilização de instrumentos impactantes para promover tal remoção, sendo composto por uma base (1); suporte de tampão (1.1); tampão de tundo com rosca (2); camisa de ar (3), com um pisto/válvula (3.1), trava de segurança bucha guia (4); haste pneumática (5), com uma base de apoio para as escoras (5.1) e êmbolo (6) formando um conjunto pneumático que possibilitara o uso prático e eficaz da remoção das escoras metálicas (A).

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Teleskopstütze (10) für den Baubereich, mit einem Außenrohr (12) und mit einem darin axial verschiebbar angeordneten Innenrohr (14), das mittels einer Ausfallsicherung gegenüber einem Entfernen aus dem Außenrohr (12) gesichert ist. Die Ausfallsicherung weist ein an dem Außenrohr (12) angeordnetes Anschlagelement auf, an das wenigstens ein an dem Innenrohr (14) angeordnetes Anschlagmittel (48) zur Anlage bringbar ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Anschlagelement im Bereich eines Endes (20) des Außenrohres (12) vorgesehen und überdeckt die freie Querschnittsfläche des Außenrohrs (12) zumindest teilweise. Das Anschlagelement ist vorzugsweise als Kappe (22) ausgebildet und weist ein Innengewinde (26) auf, das in ein Außengewinde (36) des Außenrohrs (12) eingreift. Das Außengewinde (36) steht mit einer Absenkmutter (38) im Eingriff, an der ein quer zur Längsachse (30) der Teleskopstütze (10) durch das Außen- und Innenrohr (12; 14) führbarer Sicherungsbolzen (40) abstützbar ist.

An apparatus and method for a modular structural support and elevating system for constructing temporary support structures. The system includes providing a plurality of generally identical building elements or cribs (100). The cribs (100) are generally box shaped, and a first crib (100') may be mated to a second crib (100'') for forming elongate support structures. The cribs (100) also have an opening (112) on each non-mating side (106) able to receive various mounting components. The cribs (100) further include connecting hardware for releasably connecting the cribs (100) to one another. A hydraulic jacking system (242) may be used with the cribs (100) for progressively elevating or lowering a structure.

A lifting and shoring jack assembly includes a main support assembly having a main column (3), a jack screw (4) slidably mounted within the main column, and a jack nut (5) engaged with the jack screw and bearing on the end of the main column. A load plate (6) mounted at the free end of the jack screw (4) facilitates engagement of the jack assembly with a load to be supported. Extensible side braces (7) are pivotally mounted on the main column (3), and also include load engaging plates (6A) for load-bearing attachment to the load to be supported.

본 발명은 건축물의 시공시 지붕슬라브 거푸집의 설치 및 해체가 용이할 뿐만 아니라, 작업공간을 최대한 확보할 수 있으며, 더욱 향상된 작업 안전성을 얻을 수 있도록 한 건축물 지붕시공방법 및 그에 사용되는 건축자재에 관한 것으로, 벽면에 체결되는 슬라브(1000)과; 패널에 체결되는 데크(3000); 패널과 지붕슬라브 거푸집을 체결하기 위한 고정부재(5000)와; 패널에 체결되며, 가로빔을 고정하는 회전브라켓(7000)과; 지붕슬라브 거푸집 및 가로빔을 지지하며, 정역회전모터에 의해 승,하강되어 지붕슬라브 거푸집의 지지 및 하강되도록 하는 전동서포터(9000)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A power tool is provided for turning the screw collars (7) of falsework without the requirement of having to use spanners with long torque bars and without having to strike those torque bars with hammers or sledgehammers in order to exert the necessary torque on the collars (7). The tool is in two parts. A first part is a screw collar (7), or a collar adapter (10) which can be closed and locked around the screw collar (7) to be turned. The collar (7) or the collar adapter (10) has one or more drive engagement elements (11). The second part is a motor housing (20) supporting a motor (19) and a motor drive element (16) such as a spur gear. The motor housing (20) is formed to take its angular support from a falsework post (1) and its vertical support from either the falsework post (1), the screw collar (7) or the collar adapter (10). The motor (19) drives the motor drive element (16) such as the spur gear which engages the drive engagement element or elements (11) of the screw collar (7) or the collar adapter (10), drivingly to turn the screw collar (7) either directly or by rotation of the collar adapter (10).

Im Rahmen der Herstellung eines Rohres einer Stütze im Bauwesen wird der Außen- und/oder Innendurchmesser und/ oder die Wanddicke in zumindest einem Endbereich, der im Gebrauchszustand von außen zugänglich ist, verglichen mit dem Rest des Rohres, vergrößert und das Rohr axial profiliert.

A shoring system (10) to support a vertical surface is provided. The shoring system (10) includes a main frame (12) including a first end and a second end and a first member (14) connected to the main frame near the first end. A first length adjuster (16) is disposed in the first member and a second member (18) is connected to the main frame near the second end. A second length adjuster (16) is disposed in the second member and the first length adjuster and the second length adjuster connect to a base plate (17). A method for shoring a vertical surface is also provided.
