Abstract:
Abstract:
The disclosed device is comprised of two identical fixing springs R which are arranged inside the tray (1) of the mirror E symmetrically at both shorter sides and at a reduced distance from the rotation axis G of the cover (2), both springs R being hooked to the tray (1) and to the cover (2) of the mirror E through corresponding holes consitutive of retention means MR. The fixing springs R operate permanently in a torsion mode and in such a way that, from an intermediate position of the rotational travel of the cover (2), two directions of automatic rotation of the cover (2) are determined, which are the opening direction and the concealing direction of the specular surface SE. Application to the car industry.
Abstract:
A cam member for a blind system, the cam member being moveable relative to a pin in an extension direction and a retraction direction, the cam member including a cam pathway transverse to the extension direction and the retraction direction, the cam pathway including cam surfaces to translate relative movement between the cam member and the pin in the extension direction or the retraction direction into transverse relative movement; the cam pathway including at least a locked position for the pin at which relative movement between the cam member and the pin is prevented in the retraction direction an entry pathway for the pin to enter the locked position from one side of the cam pathway; and an exit pathway for the pin to exit the locked position to the other side of the cam pathway.

Abstract:
A fence for preventing unauthorised people from entering a vessel, wherein said fence is made up of one or more sections and said sections comprises at least two plates, and are further c h a r a c t e r i s e d b y that said plates are connected to each other at one end by at least one hinge, said at least one hinge has a spring function, and that said spring function can be activated or deactivated.
Abstract:
A hinge for supporting a sash between a closed position, in which it lies within a fixed frame, and a plurality of open positions, in which it extends at an angle to the fixed frame. The angles of the plurality of open positions being determined by a restricting means between a support track (2) and a slider (11) mounted thereon. A support block (1 ) provides increased bearing surface and support for the fixing means (5) between the support track (2) and a link (3). A stay open restrictor device for preventing closure of a sash into a fixed frame.

Abstract:
A hinge comprises a pair of members (10, 12) hinged along adjoining edges by means of a resilient clip (14) formed with a pair of arms each having at its extremity an inturned flange (18) terminating in an axle formation (20). The hinged edge of each member (10, 12) has an axially slotted sleeve formation (26) engaged through its slot by the turned flange (18) and axle (20) of one arm of the clip (14) to rotatably locate the member (10, 12) and is provided on its outer surface with spur gear teeth (28) that mesh with corresponding teeth on the sleeve of the member on the other arm of the clip. A stabilised angular position of said members is defined and as said members are rotated towards said stabilised position a gear tooth of one of said members having a root depth (30) reduced to interfere with the meshing tooth of the other of said members crosses from one side to the other of the line (32) between the centres of the axle formations. The arms are urged apart as the reduced depth tooth (30') passes said line (32) and the resilience of the clip (14) holds said members (10, 12) in said stabilised position.
