Abstract:
A motorised wheel assembly (10, 10') for a movable panel includes a body or housing (12) for fixed connection to the panel and a motor (18, 18') having a motor body fixed relative to the body or housing (12). A driven wheel (14) is provided for engagement with a wheel path for movement of the panel along the wheel path. The driven wheel (14) is drivingly connected to the motor (18, 18'). A wheel adjustment assembly includes the driven wheel. The wheel adjustment assembly is such that the rotational axis (72) of the driven wheel (14) is movable relative to the body or housing (12) through an adjustment path such that throughout the adjustment path of the driven wheel (14), the driven wheel (14) maintains drive connection to the motor (18, 18').
Abstract:
A hinge for the rotatable movement of a door (D) comprising a fixed element (10) coupled to a wall (W) and a movable element (20) coupled to the door (D), the fixed (10) and movable (20) elements being rotatably coupled together to rotate between an open position and a closed position about a first longitudinal axis (X). One of the movable (20) and fixed (10) elements includes a hinge body (11), the other of the movable (20) and fixed (10) elements including a pivot (40) defining the first axis (X) which includes cam means (50) rotating around the latter. The hinge body (11) includes at least one working chamber (14) defining a second longitudinal axis (Y) which includes follower means (60) interacting with the cam means (50) to slide between a first and a second end-stroke position, said cam means (50) including at least one substantially flat face (43) substantially parallel to the first axis (X). The follower means (60) include at least one elastic element (61) and an interface element (62) having a first end (63') interacting with the elastic element (61) and a second end (63") including at least one substantially planar operating surface (66) susceptible to come in contact with the at least one substantially flat face (43) of the cam means (50) to remain in contact with each other and parallel in one of the open or closed positions of the movable element (20).
Abstract:
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a closing force assistance device (2) for a fire-door closer. Axially connected with the rotational shaft (40) of a door closer (4) there is a rotational body (28) which is formed with a pinion gear unit (28a) on one part of the cylindrical outer circumferential surface and which is equipped with an actuator (26) having a rack gear unit (26a) and a bias spring (24) on a linear working chamber (36)in an upper and a lower case (20)(22). Before the fire door (8) is completely closed, engagement takes place between the pinion gear unit (28a) and the rack gear unit (26a) in a fire-door closing-force augmentation zone.
Abstract:
A drive arrangement (10) has first and second wheels (12, 14) and an endless loop member (16). The path of the member (16) is defined in part by a third wheel (18), between the wheels (12, 14). The wheel (18) is movably mounted so that the length can be changed for the path of the member (16) as it passes around the wheel (18), between the wheels (12, -14). Accordingly, the member (16) can be tightened or slackened around the wheels (12, 14), so that the wheels (12, 14) can be coupled to convey drive from one to the other, through the member (16), or disengaged, so that drive is not conveyed.
Abstract:
An assembly for automatically opening and closing a sliding door of the type including a fixed panel and a moving panel which slides on a track relative to the fixed panel. The assembly comprises a housing defining an internal space; a support frame defining a space which receives and retains a drive assembly including a motor having a drive shaft; a drive wheel operably linked to the motor via said drive shaft. The assembly also includes an idler pulley; at least one drive belt associated with said drive wheel and the idler pulley; wherein, when the drive wheel is energised by the motor, motion is imparted to the drive belt thereby causing the movable panel of the sliding door to move between a first state when the door is closed and a second state when the door is open.
Abstract:
A sliding window and door system includes a window frame lower member provided with surface members and rail filling device grooves in a window frame base member, a window frame upper member having a window frame base member similar to the window frame base member of the window frame lower member, and rail filling device grooves acting as supporting grooves to which upper insertion portions of window leaf upper members are inserted, the window leaf upper members being provided with control rollers mounted in the upper insertion portions to prevent the window leaf from being detached, thereby forming an even structure.
Abstract:
A vehicle door handle assembly (10) incorporating a dual sided adjustable male fastener (40). The dual sided adjustable male fastener (40) is adapted to be installed to an initial predefined preliminary position from the inside of the structure and then adjusted from the exterior at the point of final assembly to establish a flush orientation of the handle relative to surrounding components.
