    摘要: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a door frame and a panel, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a door frame and a panel, in which door frames and panels of a variety of sizes can be manufactured by a common use facility consisting of a single system including a single synthetic resin panel mold without the need for using a new mold for a changed specification and size of the door frame in manufacturing the door frame. The method for manufacturing a door frame according to the present invention comprises the following steps: molding a synthetic resin panel; cutting the panel to correspond to the size of a frame; treating one side of the panel by wrapping said side with a wrapping sheet; forming a plurality of bending holes to bend the panel; applying an adhesive to the side on which the bending holes are formed; attaching a shape retention member; bending the frame to form a door frame; and forming a synthetic resin layer at the ends of the shape retention member so as to complete the door frame.

A foam insulation material fills substantially all the space between the polymeric sheets, stiffeners, and frame members in the shell interior. At least one blast- or ballistic- resistant core layer may be disposed adjacent the at least one polymeric sheet.
