The invention is a roller shutter box (17), which is integrated with the upper frame of the door or window (12), overhanging beyond the outer side of the door or window (12). The roller shutter box (17) has a one-piece extruded structure. It is equipped with braces (3) between its border walls (1, 16, 23) and the inner border wall (2) of the roller shutter roll. Furthermore, it is also fastened to the wall structure (19). The chamber(s) (10) or the channel(s) (7) created for the support elements within the roller shutter box (17) contain support elements (6). The roller shutter box (17) is attached to the door or window (12) and to the wall structure (19) through the support elements (6) using fixing elements (9).

La invención se refiere a una estructura de remates de tapa de cajón de persiana en forma de "L" de doble pared con una estructura interna capaz de soportar las tensiones que se producen durante la apertura y cierre de la tapa que incluyen una serie de elementos de cierre que favorecen el aislamiento, en concreto una serie de burletes, cuya presión contra el cajón de persiana puede ser mantenida gracias a la estructura de dichos remates. La zona de la tapa comprendida entre ambos remates puede adoptar formas diversas ya que los remates están llamados a dar una solución universal.

In conjunction with the production of a box with a roller shutter, comprising cheeks and the peripheral wall to be combined with the cheeks, the combining of the board forming the base or of part of this board, the "console", the front board and the top board with the cheeks is to be undertaken by means of plug-in elements which project out of the cheeks, are to be fitted along the end walls into receptacles in the boards when the boards are transferred into the final fitted position, with a self-locking fit which blocks release of the combination, and makes additional measures stabilizing the combination of these elements of the box with a roller shutter unnecessary.

In Zusammenhang mit der Erstellung von aus Wangen und der mit den Wangen zusammenzufassenden Umfangswandung ist die Zusammenfassung des den Boden bildenden Bretts bzw. eines Teiles dieses Brettes, der sogenannten Konsole, des Frontbretts und des Deckbretts mit den Wangen durch aus den Wangen vorspringende, sich in Aufnahmen in den Brettern bei Überfuhrung der Bretter in die Einbauendlage entlang den Stirnwänden mit ein Lösen der Zusammenfassung blockierender, selbsthemmender Passung einfügende Steckelemente vorzunehmen, die zusätzliche, die Zusammenfassung dieser Elemente des Rolladenkastens stabilisierende Maßnahmen erübrigt.

A balancer (11) includes a first balance pulley (20) provided to a winding drum (3) and a second pulley (40) connected to a coiled spring (31). These pullies are interconnected by a wire (50). The first balance pulley includes a main pulley portion (25) for winding a tension wire in a first unwinding process from the full-open position and a zero point return pulley portion (26) for winding the wire from an intermediate position, and the zero point return pulley portion has an outer peripheral shape such that the tension wire passes through the axis of the pulley in the full-open position. The second balance pulley (40) includes a cylinder portion (46) for unwinding the tension wire in the first unwinding process from the full-open position and a conical portion (47) for unwinding the wire from an intermediate position, and the conical portion has a small diameter on the cylinder portion side. An operation rope unit (11) having an operation rope (70) for rotating the winding drum on the indoor side is disposed. Further, the center of rotation of a large pulley (220) is made eccentric in order to impart an angular characteristic to each rotation of a balance torque.

The mounting arrangement (1) provides a restraining part (46) moveable between a restraining configuration for restraining disengagement of the engagement portion (43) from the supporting portion (17), and a release configuration for allowing disengagement of the engagement portion (43) from the supporting portion (17). The mounting arrangement further provides a securing component (70) with a securing part (72) which is insertable between at least part of the second component (40) and the first side (12) of the first component (10) to restrict movement of the restraining part (46) and thereby restrict disengagement of the engagement portion (43) from the supporting portion (17).
