Abstract: 一种盾构管片封顶块拼装装置，通过封顶管片支撑架上的两丝杠对封顶管片的顶接与盾构机中盾上的封顶管片的千斤顶对封顶管片的顶接的交替支撑，使封顶管片始终处于顶接受力状态，避免了由于盾构机向下一环掘进后，在拼装下一环封顶管片时，盾构机中盾上的封顶管片的千斤顶缩回，所造成的第一环封顶管片失去支撑的现象的发生，解决了封顶管片由于应力释放造成本环的封顶管片错位和破碎的问题。同时还公开了该盾构管片封顶块拼装装置的施作方法，提高了管片的成环质量，操作简单，特别适合在盾构隧道施工中使用。
