The invention relates to a cereal burner. The cereal burner includes a furnace (11) having a frustoconical portion (117) connected at its outlet (116) to a boiler (8), wherein the furnace is supplied with fuel by an Archimedes screw (2) and is placed in a housing (13) provided with a fan (4), the wall of the furnace (11) comprising air inlet openings (114, 118) in its central portion and in its frustoconical outlet portion, the housing including means for adjusting the air flow towards one and/or the other of said portions. Application in central heating boiler for replacement of traditional fuel oil burners.

Gezeigt wird ein Verfahren zur Regelung einer Festbrennstoff- Befeuerungseinrichtung, welche zumindest über eine Primärluftzufuhr (5) und eine Primär-Rauchgasrezirkulation (6) verfügt. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sollwerte für die Menge an Primärluft und an Luft aus der Primär-Rauchgasrezirkulation in Abhängigkeit vom Wassergehalt des Rauchgases eingestellt werden. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass auch bei wechselnder Brennstoffzusammensetzung eine kontinuierlich und automatisch arbeitende Regelung für eine Festbrennstoffbefeuerungseinrichtung zur Verfügung gestellt wird, welche über eine längere Zeit eine möglichst gleichbleibende Verbrennungsqualität ermöglicht.

The invention relates to a burner for solid fuel such as biomass or tyres, that comprises a heating body in the shape of a cylinder (1,1', 1') with solid fuel supply means and means for the inlet of primary air (13, 13', 13') as oxidant, said cylinder being provided with a plate (3,3',3') in its lower part. The invention comprises placing the plate above the means for the inlet of primary air (13, 13', 13'), wherein the plate has through holes and is arranged so as to receive the fuel without the fuel flowing therethrough, and said burner further includes inside said cylinder (1, l',l') means for generating a negative pressure within the burner so as to generate a primary air circulation from the underside of the plate (3, 3',3') and through said plate and the fuel resting thereon up to a gas outlet duct (4, 4', 4') in the upper portion of said burner. Application in the combustion of biomass, tyres and the like.

A burner particularly for solid fuels, comprising a combustion firebox which forms a containment seat (4) for the fuel to be burned and means (5) for feeding the fuel to the containment seat. The combustion firebox (6) comprises at least one containment body, which forms in a downward region a discharge outlet which is closed at least partially by a closure portion provided on a closure element; the closure element can move along at least one movement direction in order to move at least part of a discharge portion arranged upstream of the closure portion along the movement direction into a position for closing the discharge outlet and move at least part of the closure portion outside the seat.

L'invention concerne un brûleur à combustible solide tel que biomasse, pneu, comprenant un corps de chauffe constitué d'un cylindre (1,1', 1") pourvu de moyens d'alimentation en combustible solide et de moyens d'admission d'air primaire (13, 13', 13') en tant que comburant, ledit cylindre (1,1 ',1") étant pourvu dans sa partie inférieure, d'une plaque (3,3',3"). L'invention consiste en ce que ladite plaque est positionnée au-dessus des moyens d'admission d'air primaire (13, 13', 13"), cette plaque munie de perforations étant agencée pour recevoir le combustible sans que celui-ci ne la traverse, et ledit brûleur comportant en outre à l'intérieur dudit cylindre (1, l',l") des moyens générant une dépression au sein du brûleur de sorte à créer une circulation d'air primaire depuis le dessous de ladite plaque (3, 3',3"), au travers de celle-ci et du combustible reposant dessus jusqu'à un conduit de sortie (4, 4', 4") des gaz en partie supérieure dudit brûleur. Le brûleur à céréales comprend un foyer (11) comportant une partie tronconique (117) raccordée à une sortie (116) vers la chaudière (8), alimenté en combustible par une vis d'Archimède (2) et placé dans une enceinte (13) munie d'un ventilateur (4), la paroi du foyer (11) étant percée d'orifices d'entrée d'air (114, 118) dans sa partie centrale et dans sa partie tronconique de sortie, l'enceinte comportant des moyens pour réguler le flux d'air vers l'une et/ou l'autre de ces parties. Application à l'adaptation aux chaudières de chauffage centrale en remplacement des brûleurs à fioul usuels.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur thermischen Umsetzung im Sinne einer Verbrennung von Pellets und dergleichen brennbaren kleinstückigen Stoffen wie Granulate in einer Unterschubverbrennungsanlage, bei deren Konzeption es Aufgabe war, eine Unterschubverbrennungsanlage zu entwickeln, mit deren Hilfe eine Verbrennung von unterschiedlichen Qualitäten kleinstückiger Brennstoffe, vorzugsweise Pellets, ermöglicht wird und eine Bildung einer eine geregelte Verbrennung behindernden Schlackenkrone auf dem Rost sowie Versinterungen reduziert werden. Die Aufgabe wird gelöst, indem diese Unterschubverbrennungsanlage eine bekannte vertikale Brennstoffzufuhr über einen im wesentlichen vertikal ausgeführten Schacht aufweist, über dem ein Brennteller mit mittig freiem Querschnitt ausgebildet ist.

This invention relates to a method of gasification/combustion of a solid fuel in a furnace by means of a grate device comprising a plurality of grate means, positioned on different levels, which device is intended to be positioned at the bottom portion of the furnace. According to the invention the method is characterized by the combination of the following steps: the solid fuel is fed out onto the outside of the grate device so that the fuel forms a layer on the same; primary air is brought up through the grate device (1), the primary air during the passage from one grate means to a superposed grate means (3-6) hitting against the underside of this grate means, whereby the pressure fall of the primary air becomes great; the primary air is evenly and effectively distributed out to the fuel on the outside of the grate device (1), the primary air being allowed to stream outwards from each grate means (3-6) with a low velocity. The invention also relates to a grate device which is usable for carrying out the method.
