L'invention concerne un brûleur à combustible solide tel que biomasse, pneu, comprenant un corps de chauffe constitué d'un cylindre (1,1', 1") pourvu de moyens d'alimentation en combustible solide et de moyens d'admission d'air primaire (13, 13', 13') en tant que comburant, ledit cylindre (1,1 ',1") étant pourvu dans sa partie inférieure, d'une plaque (3,3',3"). L'invention consiste en ce que ladite plaque est positionnée au-dessus des moyens d'admission d'air primaire (13, 13', 13"), cette plaque munie de perforations étant agencée pour recevoir le combustible sans que celui-ci ne la traverse, et ledit brûleur comportant en outre à l'intérieur dudit cylindre (1, l',l") des moyens générant une dépression au sein du brûleur de sorte à créer une circulation d'air primaire depuis le dessous de ladite plaque (3, 3',3"), au travers de celle-ci et du combustible reposant dessus jusqu'à un conduit de sortie (4, 4', 4") des gaz en partie supérieure dudit brûleur. The invention relates to a burner for solid fuel such as biomass or tyres, that comprises a heating body in the shape of a cylinder (1,1', 1') with solid fuel supply means and means for the inlet of primary air (13, 13', 13') as oxidant, said cylinder being provided with a plate (3,3',3') in its lower part. The invention comprises placing the plate above the means for the inlet of primary air (13, 13', 13'), wherein the plate has through holes and is arranged so as to receive the fuel without the fuel flowing therethrough, and said burner further includes inside said cylinder (1, l',l') means for generating a negative pressure within the burner so as to generate a primary air circulation from the underside of the plate (3, 3',3') and through said plate and the fuel resting thereon up to a gas outlet duct (4, 4', 4') in the upper portion of said burner. Disclosed herein are systems and devices that aid in reducing particulate emissions from biomass stoves, for example by the use of gases injected in or near the oxidation zone of a combustion chamber. Also disclosed are systems and devices providing electricity to a pump or blower that aids in injecting the gas and/or collecting exhaust gases. In some embodiments the device providing electricity is a thermoelectric generator that may also be used to power other devices. In many embodiments, the systems and devices inject a gas at or near the oxidation zone in the combustion chamber of a biomass stove. The gas injected into the zone may be fresh air, exhaust from combustion or combinations thereof. The gas can be forced into the combustion chamber with the aid of a pump or blower that may also aid in drawing in exhaust gas.
