摘要: The present invention relates to a computer implemented method for optimizing the operation of a cloud hosted SaaS system, the method comprising: a) monitoring cloud resource usage regarding a cloud provider computing system, to detect cloud resource load consumption; b) detecting service usage regarding software applications deployed in the cloud provider computing system; and c) binding the detected cloud resource load consumption with the detected service usage, and determining associated cost contributions based on respective load contributions obtained from said binding, to optimize the operation of the cloud hosted SaaS system based on the determined cost contributions. The present invention also relates to a computer program and a system both adapted to implement the method of the invention.

The method includes the steps of determining an estimated initial arrival time of a first user and a second user to a destination, the estimated initial arrival time being used to establish a queue priority, tracking a current location and predicting a route to be taken to arrive at the destination from the current location, detecting a schedule-altering event of the first user by analyzing: (i) the predicted route of the first user, or (ii) a current state of a vehicle, and reprioritizing the queue priority database, in response to calculating an updated queue priority of the first user that is lower than the queue priority of the second user, based on the detection of the schedule-altering event of the first user.

The method also comprises outputting a warning for an operator (6) of the WFM system that the work order will likely not be completed within the allowed time period unless an additional action is taken.

The system also automatically generates a meaningful name and/or graphical representation for a workflow. The system also provides a graphical user interface that represents output parameters of a first workflow step as user-interactive objects. These objects can be interacted with to cause the objects to be inserted into a data entry element that is used to specify a value for an input parameter of a second workflow step. When executable logic representing the first and second workflow steps is generated, the insertion of the objects into the data entry element has the effect of causing the value of the input parameter of the second workflow step to be defined to include the values of the output parameters that correspond to the inserted objects.
