Abstract: A post detection unit (20) is disclosed for detecting content of a postbox (10). The post detection unit (20) comprises an image capturing unit (21) for capturing images of the interior (14) of the postbox. The lock can provide access to a key safe, which in turns holds keys to a secure location. The system could equally be used for the collection of goods and for providing access to utility meters.
