Cet élément de commutation pour plaque de distribution d'énergie électrique comprend une barre de distribution (13) et une platine de support (14) sur laquelle est fixée la barre de distribution. L'élément de commutation comprend une bobine, un contact mobile sous l'action de la bobine, ledit contact étant monté mobile dans une chambre(20). Ladite chambre comporte deux parties (21, 22) destinées à venir se monter sur la plaque de distribution (P) de sorte que le contact mobile (17) agisse sur ladite barre, ladite chambre(20) étant munie de moyens de fixation sur la barre de distribution (13) ou sur la platine (14), le contacteur étant un contacteur inamovible fixé par ladite chambre (20) sur la plaque de distribution (P).
Abstract:
The relay and the method for producing said relay are characterized by their simplicity in terms of production. Instead of using different materials for the coil body, the core device and the elements of the load circuit, the ferromagnetic or electrically conductive metals are replaced at least in part by plastic materials to which ferromagnetic or electrically conductive properties are added. In one embodiment, the whole relay consists of plastic parts except for the winding, which have been produced in a multicomponent injection molding process.
Abstract:
Electromagnetic actuators capable of generating a symmetrical bidirectional force are disclosed. The electromagnetic actuators include a housing made of a ferromagnetic material and a shaft made of a magnetically inert material movable along an axis within the housing. In one type of actuator, captive permanent magnets are arranged on opposite interior end walls of the housing and an electromagnetic coil is mounted on a central portion of the shaft. The electromagnetic coil is capable of generating a force when energized that causes linear displacement of the shaft in either direction along its axis depending on the direction of current through the electromagnetic coil. In another type of actuator, captive electromagnetic coils are arranged on opposing inner end walls of the housing, and a permanent magnet is mounted on a central portion of the shaft. The electromagnetic coils are capable of generating a force when energized that causes linear displacement of the shaft in either direction along its axis depending on a direction of current through the electromagnetic coils.

본 발명에 따른 전자접촉기는, 하부 본체와, 상기 하부 본체의 내부에 설치되며, 외부로부터 전달되는 전원에 의해 자화되어 흡인 동작을 하는 자력 발생부와, 상기 자력 발생부의 상부에 결합되며, 가동 접촉자가 승강 가능하게 설치되는 크로스바와, 상기 가동 접촉자와 보조 가동 접촉자가 내부에 위치되도록 상기 하부 본체의 양측 상단에 분할 결합되고, 서로 마주보는 단부가 양측 내부에 대응되게 결합되며, 일측에 고정 접촉자와 보조 고정 접촉자가 구비되는 한 쌍의 상부 본체 및, 상기 상부 본체들의 상단을 결합시키며, 상기 크로스바의 상단과 상기 가동 접촉자를 외부로 노출시키는 커버를 포함한다.
