Abstract:
A video control, projection and display system is employed in a gaming establishment and used in conjunction with or without a gaming network or gaming components. The control system includes projection cameras or light sources which may generate and display images associated with the electronic gaming machines or with a player of the electronic gaming machines. The control system enhances the image by using pixel cloning, image blending pixel scaling, pixel movement, and pixel masking. The projection system may generate holographic images and may project images onto a variety of surfaces adjacent to the electronic gaming machines. The control system manages devices associated with the projection and display system.
Abstract:
An electronic device including an optical module, a method of operating the electronic device including the optical module, and a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having recorded thereon a program for performing the method. The electronic device includes an optical module configured to project content on a projection surface and a processor configured to determine whether the electronic device is positioned within a predetermined range of a projection surface and control the optical module to project the content onto the projection surface based on the determination.
Abstract:
An interactive projection system and method comprising a camera/projector unit having a computer processor connected via a network to a content server and content database. The system projects interactive trigger areas on a three-dimensional object. Specific content stored on the content server or locally in the memory of the computer processor is associated with each trigger area. A user interacts with the trigger areas and the system projects informational or entertainment content about the object on the surface of the object.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of determining content screening suitabilities in a multi-projection theater including a plurality of projection planes. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method of determining content screening suitabilities based on a series of operation equations using content attribute values, such as the horizontal length and vertical length of an output screen when content is played back, and theater attribute values, such as the length and height of the surface of a front or side wall within a theater building. The method may include calculating at least one of a screen attribute value and a theater attribute value, calculating a suitability based on the screen attribute value or the theater attribute value, and determining whether the calculated suitability falls within a predetermined range.
Abstract:
Enterprise communication display systems enable life-like images for videoconferencing and entertainment productions. Life-like images appear in a 3D environment where imaged people are visible through the use of specially configured see-through displays. Imaged people can also be viewed amongst a reflected foreground. A dual mode large high-resolution display is inventively configured for watching and working. Methods for enterprise wide deployments for corporate, healthcare, education, and government communications, including hotel properties and a property management system are shown. The invention further discloses an online production system for large events. A remote production staff collaborates and controls a presentation with large scale audio/visual equipment. A campaign and marketing system for holographic communications using mobile vehicles is disclosed. Further, a consumer created camera housing process, furniture systems to accommodate ultra HD displays, and a device for viewing multiple video sources on an ultra HD display within an immersive workspace is disclosed.
