Die Erfindung betrifft eine Flächenheizelement-Anordnung mit mehreren Flächenheizelementen mit jeweils einer Basisplatte (5) mit einer darauf angebrachten elektrisch aktiven Heizschicht, die von zwei Leiterstreifen (7) begrenzt ist, wobei die Flächenheizelemente (2a bis 4c) in Element-Längsreihen aneinanderliegend gereiht sind und mittels Steckverbindungen (8) elektrisch verbunden sind. Erfindungsgemäß weist eine Steckverbindung (8) jeweils drei Steckerelemente auf, nämlich zwei gleiche Einsteckelemente (9) und ein diese Einsteckelemente (9) verbindendes Brückensteckelement (10). Die Einsteckelemente (9) weisen jeweils einen Flachsteckschuh (11) mit einer Halteplatte (13) auf. Die Einsteckelemente (9) sind in den Eckbereichen eines Flächenheizelements innerhalb dessen Außenabmessung mit einem Flachsteckschuh (11) angebracht. Die Halteplatte (13) liegt am Leiterstreifen (7) und ist mittels Crimpprofils (19) mit dem Flächenheizelement (2a bis 4c) verbunden. Das Brückensteckelement (10) ist flach und länglich mit zwei in Längsrichtung gegenüberliegenden, gleichen, der Einsteckkontur eines Flachsteckschuhs (11) angepassten Brückensteckbereichen (26) ausgebildet und mit diesen für eine Verbindung von zwei Flächenheizelementen in gegenüberliegende Flachsteckschuhe (11) eingesteckt.

The true nature of polyurethane elastomer as a coating on an exothermic core is the major presentable element in this plan. In other words, due to the low thermal conductivity coefficient of polyurethane elastomer, the rate of heat loss can be reduced by trapping heat in a closed exothermic space, and this is the main advantage of polyurethane elastomer (Thermoset & Thermoplast). In the past there were heaters made of silicone which were mainly used in industry. They had high power consumption and their final production was troublesome and, moreover, they were not suitable for health purposes. By using polyurethane elastomer (Thermoset & Thermoplast) as a polymer with high mechanical properties and the nature of molecular bonds which are resistant to limited heat stimuli, we can produce heating in the form of simple or compound plates with different thicknesses of polyurethane in an engineered core for controlling the heat with suitable and precise alignment by following pre-defined thicknesses in the production of polyurethane which can serve both industrial and health purposes. In addition, because of the unique properties of polyurethane elastomer in manufacturing components, it is possible to produce fully safe products in terms of preventing transfer of electricity from the inner core to the outer polyurethane coating.

In addition, the used heating element provides reduced power consumption compared to conventional technologies. Elle comprend une résine acrylique en phase aqueuse et du graphite, dans laquelle ladite résine acrylique représente entre 40 et 90% en poids de ladite peinture chauffante. La présente invention concerne encore un élément chauffant (1) utilisant une telle peinture, ainsi qu'un procédé de mise en œuvre de la peinture selon l'invention.
