L'invention concerne un système de production (12) de blocs artificiels (14) destinés à être disposés dans une position immergée et/ou émergée par rapport à la surface d'un milieu marin (16), comprenant un dispositif de chauffage, approvisionné en sable à l'état granuleux, adapté à chauffer le sable à l'état granuleux pour obtenir un agglomérat de sable à l'état fritté et un dispositif de façonnage de blocs artificiels à partir d'au moins un agglomérat de sable à l'état fritté obtenu par le dispositif de chauffage. L'invention concerne également un véhicule, marin ou terrestre, comprenant un tel système de production (12), un procédé de production d'un tel bloc artificiel (14) et l'utilisation de tels blocs artificiels (14) pour la réalisation de récifs artificiels ou d'éléments de digue artificielle.

A system (1) for calibrating and/or squaring squareable elements (A), such as ceramic or natural stone items and the like, comprises a conveyor belt (3) for the transport and advancement of the elements (A) according to a predetermined direction of advancement (4) on a respective bearing plane (4a); the elements (A) are provided with an edge (B) to be worked arranged substantially parallel to the direction of advancement (4), and at least one processing unit (5) for the calibration and/or the squaring of the edge (B), which has a substantially cylindrically shaped abrasive roller (6) provided with an axis (7) and with a lateral abrasive surface (6a), rotatable around the axis (7) and actuated by a respective motor (8), and the lateral abrasive surface (6a) is positioned with its generatrices arranged substantially parallel to the edge (B) in order to work the edge (B) in a tangential manner in accordance with one of the generatrices, in a manner so as to calibrate and/or square the element (A); a method is also provided for the calibration and/or the squaring of the elements (A) attained by the system (1).

Process for the realization of manufactured articles in stone material, characterized by comprising the following steps of: providing a block or flat sheet of said stone material, and gluing a support in a flexible material on a surface of said sheet, carrying out the cutting or sectioning of said sheet to obtain a laminated panel with a determined minimum thickness, carrying out the winding of the mentioned laminated panel on a roll or similar curved surface to obtain the crushing of said panel into irregular chunks or parts; carrying out the impregnation or spreading on said crushed panel with polymeric materials or thermosetting resins; recomposing the planarity of said impregnated panel thus obtained.

El ruido agudo se produce por el rozamiento directo de los flejes con las piedras. Este ruido alcanza niveles de más de 90 db a 1,5 m de distancia de los flejes al aparato medidor. Aumentando la concentración de granalla en el lodo y reduciendo el tamaño de esta, se logra multiplicar la concentración de partículas de granalla, lo suficiente para que los flejes no rocen con la piedra y así desaparezca el ruido molesto, y ello ocurre con un mayor avance.

An automatic sawing machine (1) for cutting stones and materials of irregular shape and different sizes, comprising at least one frame (2, 4) for supporting at least two longitudinal conveyor elements (5, 6) with at least two respective conveyor belts (7, 8), which are perpendicular one each other, so as to provide a V-shaped channel (11); the conveyor belts (7, 8) are able to support and to carry one or more stones and/or other similar materials, such as marble, porphyry, granite, etc., from a first input terminal (14) to a second output terminal (15) of the machine (1) and each conveyor belt (7, 8) is also associated with a cutting diamond disk (12, 13), which is placed parallel to the respective conveyor belt (7, 8) and which is able to cut angular or flat portions of the stones. In particular, the sawing machine (1) has a third longitudinal conveyor element (23), associated with at least one pressure belt (24), which is arranged above the cutting diamond disks (12, 13) and which is opposed to said two longitudinal conveyor elements (5, 6).

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schütteirost (10) für einen Füllwagen (9) einer Steinformmaschine (1), wobei der Schüttelrost (10) einen Schüttelrostschlitten (11 ) mit einem Schüttelrostgestänge (12) aufweist, und der Schüttelrostschlitten (11) über ein Pleuelgestänge (14) mit dem Antrieb (13) verbunden ist. Das Pleuelgestänge (14) weist einen Verbindungsstab (15), eine Gelenkschwinge (16) und eine mit dem Antrieb (13) verbundene Antriebsschwinge (17) auf. Der Verbindungsstab (15) ist über eine erste Gelenkverbindung (18) am Schüttelrostschlitten (11) befestigt. Ferner ist der Verbindungsstab (15) über eine zweite Gelenkverbindung (19) an der Gelenkschwinge (16) befestigt, wobei die Gelenkschwinge (16) über eine dritte Gelenkverbindung (20) an einem statischen Lager (21 ) befestigt ist. The invention concerns a sawing method and a diamond-bearing segment for a cutting tool for hard materials, such as stone, in particular natural stone, concrete and the like, which consists in using a cutting tool, such as a rotary saw, to produce by abrasion in the materials to be cut, at least two substantially parallel grooves (8-10) by forming between them a rib (11) whereof the width and height are such that, when said grooves are produced, said rib (11) is eliminated by successive shearing as the sawing progresses, essentially as a result of friction caused by said tool on said rib.

Hard compact materials, such as rock, concrete, et cetera, are broken by igniting an appropriately designed explosive or propellant charge (101) carried in a special charge-containing device (27) with a short barrel (25) which is inserted and sealed into a pre-drilled hole (9) of particular geometry. Holes (9) are percussively drilled with microfractures (19) in and around hole bottoms (13) to provide fracture initiation sites at the hole bottom (13) so as to provide preferred fracture initiation roughly parallel to a free surface of material being excavated. The propellant charge (101) may be placed and ignited within a charge-containing device (27) which includes a short barrel (25) inserted into the holes (9) drilled into the material to be broken. The barrel (25) of this device (27) may be further sealed into the holes (9) by a helical shim (21) or by having a slight shoulder (53) on the barrel pressed against a slight step (49) on the hole wall (43).
