A retractable water dispenser arm system for a grinder/polisher includes a flexible hose formed, in part in a loop and affixed at at least one location to a base of the grinder polisher. A spout is mounted to an end of the flexible hose. A biased tension arm engages the hose at the loop, and is moveable, along with movement of the hose, to maintain the hose in tension. The biased tension arm includes a roller over which the hose traverses. A mount on the base is configured to receive the spout and is further configured for traverse of the hose therethrough. The mount includes a mount roller operably mounted thereto for guiding the hose through the mount.

A faucet assembly includes a faucet hub, a hose (33), a hose retraction mechanism (75) and a storage bag (175) for storing any slack in the hose (33). The faucet hub includes at least one hose guide that is used to reduce the amount of wear on the hose. The retraction mechanism (75) allows the hose (33) to extend from the faucet hub. Once in the extended position, the retraction mechanism (75) is configured to lock the hose (33) in the extended position. Upon actuation by the user, the retraction mechanism (75) can retract the hose (33) back inside the faucet hub.

Device for extracting and gathering air-conditioning hoses, which comprises a flexible hose (2) with a perimeter relief (7) rolled in a helical manner therealong; a storage body (10) inside which the hose (2) is accommodated along a longitudinal axis (11) thereof; and a traction head (20) that connects to the storage body (10) and has extraction and gathering means (30) configured in order to extract and to gather the hose (2). The extraction and gathering means (30) comprise one or more helical spindles (31) in contact with the perimeter relief (7), each one configured to rotate on a rotation axis (32) parallel to the longitudinal axis (11), the rotation of which gives rise to a thrust force (F) on said relief (7) that causes linear movement (D) of the hose (2) along the longitudinal axis (11).

A safety reel (10) for storing, paying out and rewinding tubing (60) is provided. As tubing (60) is paid out of the reel (10) a coil spring (50) is wound tight to provide energy to recoil the tubing (60) when desired. The reel (10) and case (12) are provided with easy alignment devices (24) such that the internal reel hose guide and the external case payout opening (24) may be quickly and easily aligned together so that tubing (60) may be quickly replaced.

A system and method for handling a hose (16), according to which the hose is clamped to a clamp (30) and the clamp is moved on a guideway (14) between a first position in which the hose is retracted and a second position in which the hose is extended. A rubber tension cord (32) is connected at one end to the clamp (30) and at its other end to the housing (12). A motor (40) is mounted in the housing to drive a rope (44) connected between a pulley (42) and the clamp (30). Manual movement of the hose from its retracted and extended positions are sensed by a sensor (50, 52) which controls operation of the motor (40) and the clamp is driven between the first and second positions by the oppositely directed forces of the tension cord (32) and motor (40).

Disclosed are apparatus and method for delivering oxygen from an oxygen supply to a person in a convenient, sanitary and organized manner. The oxygen delivery system includes a rail attached to a surface of the room and a sliding trolley attached to the rail. An oxygen supply tube is attached to the oxygen supply and the trolley for transferring oxygen from the oxygen supply to the trolley. The system enables the person to move to various locations in the room while receiving oxygen from the oxygen supply through the oxygen supply tube, the trolley, a drop tube and a nasal cannula, or other breathing device connected to the trolley. The person may guide the trolley around the room by pulling the drop tube in the desired direction of travel.
