Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Prüfung und/oder Pflege eines Schlauches (2), insbesondere eines Feuerwehrschlauches, umfassend zumindest eine Anschlussarmatur (3), eine Haspel (6) und eine Wickeleinrichtung, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) eine Zugvorrichtung (8) und eine Gleitfläche (5) umfasst und die Anschlussarmatur (3) an der Zugvorrichtung (8) angeordnet ist und mit der Zugvorrichtung (8) relativ zu der Gleitfläche (5) beweglich ist. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Prüfung und/oder Pflege eines Schlauches (2), insbesondere eines Feuerwehrschlauches, bei dem der Schlauch (2) nach einer Reinigung in einer Wascheinrichtung (20) zur Überprüfung seiner Dichtigkeit zumindest abschnittsweise mit Druckfluid gefüllt wird.

The present invention relates to a vacuum hose storage and access device (10) for a vacuum cleaning system, comprising a vacuum outlet connection (11), a vacuum hose coupling (12) and a reel (13) having a central space (19) and a first flange (16) and a second flange (17) for receiving a vacuum hose (15) there between, wherein the reel (13) is rotatably connected to the vacuum outlet connection (11) so that the vacuum hose (15) can be winded onto the reel (13). The present invention provides a hose reel for a water spigot, in which, whenever a water supply method using a hose and a water supply method directly using a water spigot are selectively performed, a hose can be simply and conveniently used without attachment /detachment, and water can be used even at the same time in the two water supply methods. For this, the hose reel includes a central connection port (10) assembled between a water pipe (120) and the water spigot (110), and having a hole (16) at its one side; a front frame (20) and a rear frame (26) installed in front and rear of the central connection port; a sleeve (30) having a hose connection port (32) fitted to the outside of the central connection port and communicating with the hole (16); an O-ring (18) for sealing around the hole (16) of the central connection port and the hose connection port (32) of the sleeve; and a hose (40) connecting with the hose connection port and wound between the front frame (20) and the rear frame (26).

Systems and methods for recycling drain water, which exists substantially at atmospheric pressure, are presented. The systems and methods employ a venturi restriction, inserted into a water line, for creating a low-pressure zone in the water line, and feeding the drain water to the water line at the location of the low-pressure zone, thus causing the drain water to be drawn into the water line.

The application concerns a control unit (1) and its for positioning a wash-down hose (2) with flushing nozzle (3) for cleaning of waste-water pipes, in which the wash-down hose (2) is mounted on a cylindrical wash-down hose drum (4) with an axial length and where the wash-down hose drum has a rotational position, wherein the unit includes a pulse emitter (5), a rotation direction indicator (5a) and a memory unit (6), in which: - the pulse emitter (5) is designed for emitting a fixed number of electrical pulses per rotation of the wash-down hose drum (4), - the rotation direction indicator (5a) is designed to determine a rotation direction for the wash-down hose drum (4), and - the memory unit (6) is designed with an address for storing data related to the electrical pulses from the pulse emitter (5) and from the rotation direction indicator (5a) for determining the rotational position of the wash-down hose drum (4), where the storing of data is maintained independently from power supply to the memory unit (6). With the control unit an improved control is achieved of a flushing process of a waste-water pipe.
