The homogeneous injection composition has a viscosity of from about 10 to about 25s. The marbleized beef product is disposed into a mold and quick-frozen to a temperature of at or below -18℃ when measured at the center of the marbleized beef product. This food is primarily characterized for being highly nutritious and accessible to the general population, without need of refrigeration, as this is a powder compound resulting from dehydration of chicken breast meat. The present invention provides a method of producing the dehydrated meat product wherein raw meat pieces are mixed with flour and liquid tocopherol to form well mixed mixture. Before mixing the meat could be kept frozen and is defrosted before use. The meat is chopped using appropriate equipment by I and II steps. In the step I the meat is placed in a mincer and is minced using a 10-30 mm fi grid. Then the meat is placed into the mixer, and mixed with evenly dozing the flour and liquid tocopherol in a period of 5-20 min. After pre-mixing, said mixture is transferred to mincer using 11-15 mm fi grid, thus achieving additional mincing and mixing. The product is evenly distributed on the pallets and shaped pallets are transported for drying. Drying takes place in a heated chamber reaching 21-42C. The drying process of product takes about 24-72 hours until a relative humidity of 4-8% of the meat is reached.
