Abstract: 본 발명은 산소발생반응용 p-d 오비탈 혼성 형태의 단일금속원자촉매 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 촉매 담지체(p-블럭원소)의 p-오비탈과 귀금속계 금속(d-블럭원소)의 d-오비탈간 혼성화를 통해 귀금속 담지량 대비 산소발생반응 효율이 증가하고, 귀금속 촉매의 사용량을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 산소발생반응용 p-d 오비탈 혼성 형태의 단일금속원자촉매 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의할 경우, 혼성화된 단일원자촉매를 통해 중간체의 흡착과 생성물의 탈착간 스케일링 한계를 극복하고 촉매 활성면에서 불필요하게 발생하는 이차반응 문제를 해결할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Catalyst containing the single crystalline nanoparticles alone or with one or more co-catalyst are further described along with methods of making the nanoparticles and catalyst. Abstract: 本发明属于光催化材料技术领域,公开了一种在泡沫镍表面原位生长Ni-MOF薄膜光催化剂及其制备方法和应用。该方法是将泡沫镍置于无机酸中浸泡超声,清洗和干燥后,制得表面活化的泡沫镍;然后采用三电极体系,将表面活化的泡沫镍作为工作电极,Pt作为对电极,Ag/AgCl作为参比电极,将该泡沫镍浸入电解液2-甲基咪唑的甲醇溶液中,在30~120℃下施加氧化电压,使泡沫镍表面释放出的镍离子与其周围电解液中的2-甲基咪唑进行自组装,冷却后取出泡沫镍并洗涤,干燥制得薄膜光催化剂。本发明光催化剂具有良好的光催化活性和稳定性,在太阳光的驱动下有效降解大气中的VOCs,同时解决MOFs催化剂在大气处理中的组装难题。
