Abstract: 본 개시의 일 실시 예에 따른 고강도 집속 초음파 프로브의 제조 방법은 전기적 신호를 입력 받아 초음파를 발생시키는 트랜스듀서 모듈에서 발생된 초음파의 집속 방향인 제1 축 방향으로 오목한(concave) 형태를 갖는 복수의 트랜스듀서 소자들이 커프(kerf)를 사이에 두고 제1 축과 수직인 제2 축 방향으로 배치되도록 트랜스듀서 모듈을 제작하는 단계 및 트랜스듀서 모듈에 전기적 신호를 입력하는 회로를 배치하는 단계를 포함하고, 복수의 트랜스듀서 소자들 각각은 전기적 신호를 입력 받아 발생하는 초음파가 소정의 지점에 집속되도록 야기하는 기하학적 구조로 형성되고, 제1 축 방향 및 상기 제2 축 방향에 수직인 제3 축 방향의 길이가 제2 축 방향의 길이보다 긴 형상을 가질 수 있다.
