Techniques for polishing and repairing a device's surface are disclosed. An applicator is coated with a paste using a CNC machine. The applicator is attached to a candle bit of the CNC machine, and a device is disposed on a staging area of the CNC machine. The applicator and/or the staging area are moved using the CNC machine to position the applicator above a selected area of the surface of the device. The applicator is rotated at a predetermined rate using the CNC machine. The applicator and/or the staging area are moved using the CNC machine to cause the applicator to contact the surface. The applicator and/or the staging area are moved using the CNC machine in accordance with a predetermined pattern, which is selected to enable the paste and the applicator to polish the surface of the device, including a scratch on the surface.

본 발명은 양묘기의 초크 라이너 가공용 이동식 연마머신에 관한 것으로서, 선박의 앵커를 풀거나 인양하는 양묘기와 선체 바닥 사이에 장착하는 초크 라이너를 정밀하게 연마하는 작업이 작업자가 직접 수동연마장치를 이용하여 가공하던 것을 이동 가능한 연마머신을 개발하여 용이하게 정밀한 작업이 진행될 수 있을 뿐 아니라 사선가공이 가능하게 된다.

Provided is a multifunctional cleaner for vehicles, which includes a housing member that forms a main body; a loading portion that is embedded in the housing member and stores a cleanser for washing a vehicle with water or a brightener for polishing the vehicle; a spray member for spraying the cleanser or brightener out of the loading member; a rotation plate that is attached to a bottom surface of the housing member; an air intake fan that is embedded in the housing member and takes in external air; a dust collecting case that is detachably mounted on the outside of the housing member and stores collected dust; and a filter that is detachably attached into the dust collecting case and filters the dust. The multifunctional cleaner for vehicles according to the present invention is very convenient because a vehicle can be vacuum-cleaned, washed with water, and polished at a time by a private person. Also, since a user does not need to purchase additional devices required for respective cleaning operations, the multifunctional cleaner is very economical. Further, it is serviceable that a vehicle can be cleaned irrespective of time and place without occupying any additional space. Moreover, only appropriate amounts of cleanser and brightener are used, thus promoting the economical efficiency of a user and preventing environmental pollution.

The invention relates to a method for retreading worn-down tires (12), especially tires that have become out of true during use, especially aircraft tires. According to this method, the remaining tire tread material is equidistantly buffed relative to the upper carcass lining (26a). According to the invention, the equidistant buffing is automatized and the time required therefor is substantially shortened by optically displaying positions on the tire tread (17) in the tire circumference for the control notches (19) to be produced therein. The notches (19) produced therein are automatically measured and the measured data obtained are evaluated to determine the surface roughness settings for the roughening tool (8) to be controlled correspondingly. The corresponding device (1) is characterized by a first optical device (14, 15) for repeatedly displaying an optical mark (16, 20, 21) on the tire (12) to determine positions for control notches (19) to be produced therein, a second optical device (18) for automatically measuring the control notches (19) produced and a programmable computer (24) for evaluating the measured data of the second optical device (18) and for determining surface roughness settings for the mechanical roughening tool (8) on the basis of said data.
