摘要: An endoscopy instrument is configured to be adjustable between a retracted position and an extended position. The endoscopy instrument includes a snare forming a loop extending from a proximate end to a distal end and a plurality of basket wires. Each of the basket wires includes a proximate end coupled to the proximate end of the snare and a distal end coupled to the distal end of the snare. The snare and the plurality of the basket wires cooperate to form a basket portion configured to contract when the endoscopy instrument is adjusted from the extended position towards the retracted position during entry of the basket portion into a tubular member. The contracting of the basket portion aids in grasping an object in need of retrieval from a patient.

The foam member may include a felted portion extending a depth into a surface of the foam member and a non-felted portion. The sealing layer may include a treatment aperture and a first plurality of perforations around the treatment aperture. The felted portion may be configured to contact the tissue site through the treatment aperture. A second plurality of perforations may be formed through the felted portion. At least one of the second plurality of perforations may be exposed to the tissue site through the treatment aperture. The cover may include a film disposed over the foam member and coupled to the sealing layer around the foam member and an adhesive disposed adjacent to the second plurality of perforations.

摘要: Es ist offenbart ein Verfahren zum Herstellen mindestens eines geformten, befüllten und verschlossenen Behältererzeugnisses (10) mit zumindest den folgenden Verfahrensschritten: Extrusion eines Schlauches (32) mittels einer Extrusionseinrichtung (12) unter Verwendung von Stützgas in vertikaler Extrusionsrichtung in einer Vorformposition; Schließen des Schlauches (32) an seinem unteren Ende und Abtrennen desselben an seinem oberen offenen Ende; Transport des derart abgelängten Vorformlings (22) mittels der Greifereinrichtung (20) in linearer Transportrichtung quer zur Extrusionsrichtung von der Vorformposition in ein geöffnetes Formwerkzeug (18); Übergabe des Vorformlings (22) in das geöffnete Formwerkzeug (18) mittels der Greifereinrichtung (20) in einer Hauptform Position; Schließen des Formwerkzeuges (18) zwecks Weiterformen des Vorformlings (22) durch einen Druckgradienten; Befüllen und Verschließen des Vorformlings (22); und Rücktransport der Greifereinrichtung (20) zu der Vorformposition für eine erneute Abfolge der vorstehenden Verfahrensschritte.
