Eine mechanisch leichtgängige Drehvorrichtung für ein Schreibgerät hat einen Vorderteil (1;13) zur Aufnahme einer Schreibmine und einen hinten am Vorderteil (1;13) angebrachten Oberteil (2;14). Die Drehvorrichtung zum Herausfahren und Einfahren der Schreibmine ist im Oberteil (2;14) des Schreibgerätes angeordnet. Sie hat einen zentralen Lagerteil (3;12), der von rückwärts in den Vorderteil (1;13) und mit diesem von vorne in den Oberteil (2;14) des Schreibgerätes einschiebbar ist. Es ist ein seitlich auf den Oberteil aufdrückbarer Verriegelungsteil (5;15) vorgesehen, welcher einen durch eine Ausnehmung (2a;14a) des Oberteils (2;14) nach innen ragenden Steg (5a;15a) aufweist, der bei aufgedrücktem Verriegelungsteil (5;15) in einen umfänglichen Einstich (1c;13a) am Vorderteil (1;13) eingreift. Die Teile der Drehvorrichtung sind auf diese Weise miteinander und mit dem Vorderteil (1;13) verriegelt.

The invention relates to a pen comprising a first casing (32) and a writing unit (12), which is inserted into said first casing. According to the invention, the pen comprises the following: a first stop (24, 42), which is coupled to the writing unit and acts in a peripheral direction about the longitudinal axis (L) of said writing unit; a second stop, which is coupled to the first casing (32), acts in a peripheral direction about the longitudinal axis and interacts with the first stop (24, 42) in a predetermined first rotational position of the writing unit with respect to the first casing, the first and second stops (24, 42, 26) abutting each other in the first predetermined rotational position; a third stop (28), which is coupled to the writing unit and acts in the longitudinal direction, in addition to a fourth stop, which is coupled to the first casing (32), acts in the longitudinal direction and interacts with the third stop (28). Said third stop (28) is configured as a guide device for the fourth stop. The fourth stop can be displaced in relation to the first casing along said guide device during the rotation of the writing unit, until the predetermined first rotational position has been attained.

The invention relates to a pen for cosmetic, writing, drawing, sketching and/or marking purposes, having an inner part and an outer part, wherein the inner part is accommodated in the outer part at least in sections and is fastened therein. According to the invention, it is provided that a fastening device between the inner part and the outer part serves to fasten the inner part to the outer part, which fastening device is elastically deformable and is deformed in the installed state against its elastic restoring force, wherein it is supported on one side on the inner part and on the other side on the outer part by means of the elastic restoring force to fasten the inner part to the outer part.

A marker-making kit for assembling a marking device having a user- determined mixture of marking solution is provided. The kit includes a base unit coupled to a marker positioning mechanism and a press mechanism. A mixing tube holder secures a mixing tube used for collecting a desired amount of one or more marker fluids. A mixed marker solution is combined, including any number of different colors of marker fluid, and used to saturate a marker reservoir. The saturated reservoir may then be transferred to a maker barrel positioned near the press mechanism. By applying an amount of force with a marker compression arm, a completed marker is secured, enclosing the marker reservoir inside a marker barrel.

One part (38) of the cartridge (12) is visible from the outside when the cartridge (12) is held by the holding area (10) and the protector (16) is attached to the cartridge (12). According to the invention, the cartridge (12) has the same colour as the refill, but the colour of the holding area (10) and the colour of the protection system (16) are different from the colour of the refill (14).
