Abstract: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung (1) einer nicht rotierenden Radblende an einem Achsschenkel für ein Kraftfahrzeug. Die Anordnung (1) umfasst einen Achsschenkel, ein Distanzstück (4), eine Radnabe (5), ein Radlager (7), ein Rad und eine nicht rotierende Radblende, wobei der Achsschenkel einen nicht rotierenden Zapfen (10) umfasst, und wobei der Zapfen (10) eine äußere Umfangsfläche (11) aufweist, auf welcher die Radnabe (5) mittels des Radlagers (7) drehbar gelagert ist. Die Radnabe (5) weist eine äußere Stirnseite (17) auf, an welcher das Rad drehfest befestigt ist, wobei das Distanzstück (4) derart an dem Achsschenkel (3) befestigt ist, dass das Distanzstück (4) nicht rotiert, wenn die Radnabe (5) rotiert. Das Distanzstück (4) ist durch eine zentrale Radnaben-Öffnung (27) der Radnabe (5) geführt, wobei die zentrale Radnaben-Öffnung (27) zu dem Radlager (7) führt. Die Radblende ist unmittelbar und drehfest an dem Distanzstück (4) befestigt, sodass die Radblende nicht rotiert, wenn die Radnabe (5) rotiert, wobei die Radblende zumindest einen Teil einer Außenseite des Rades verdeckt. Das Distanzstück (4) bildet ein Fixierelement (39), das sich in einer axialen Richtung (x) erstreckt und an dem Radlager (7) anliegt, wobei das Distanzstück (4) an dem Zapfen (10) des Achsschenkels (3) befestigt ist, sodass das Fixierelement (39) des Distanzstücks (4) das Radlager (7) in der axialen Richtung (x) fixiert.

The centre bolt (3) is adapted to be connected to the main module (1) by means of a threading such that the axial position of the centre bolt (3), as seen along the axis of rotation of the wheel, can be adjusted by rotating the centre bolt (3) relative the main module (1), and such that the expander expands in a radial direction of the wheel as the axial position of the centre bolt (3) is adjusted. The the expander (4) is thereby allowed to engage with the wheel to secure the module to said wheel.

Abstract: Implementations disclosed and claimed herein provide a wheel cover system. In one implementation, an inward force exerted against a wheel cover of the wheel cover assembly in an inward direction towards the hub is received. The inward force overcomes a spring bias of a spring of the receiver and translates the wheel cover assembly in the inward direction. A first rotational force rotating the wheel cover assembly in a first direction is received. The first post guides and engages the first hook, and the second post guides and engages the second hook during rotation. A first positive feedback is generated in response to the inward force and the first rotational force. The wheel cover assembly is releaseably locked to the receiver by translating the wheel cover assembly in the outward direction using an outward force generated by the spring bias. The outward force provides a second positive feedback.
