    摘要: A system for verifying a process where fluid is delivered from a supplying vessel to a receiving vessel according to a preestablished contract is disclosed. The system comprises a measurement apparatus configured to measure a mass flow rate of the fluid, for example, and further comprises a monitoring unit to receive the measured parameters and to generate and store an electronic record comprising the parameter. The system further comprises a private local area network comprising a wireless router connected to the monitoring unit, a wireless access point connected to the router and configured to provide a point-to-point wireless link between the supplying vessel and the receiving vessel, and a wireless client device of the wireless access point, the client device being located on the receiving marine vessel. The delivery process is verified when the first and second users have provided electronic signatures indicating that each have positively verified the electronic record with respect to the contract.

    摘要: The invention is about an innovation regarding the flanged/bolted connection of the exit cones to the vehicle body which discharges semi-trailer silo vehicles used in transportation of powdered and granulose materials. Silo semi-trailers are used for transportation of powdered and granulose materials. Due to the structural nature of these types of materials, exit cones are needed at discharge outlets of silos helping to discharge materials through pressure. Air, also called fluidization air, is blown into these systems through the inlet and the material is discharged from exit cones. The assemblies of the exit cones used presently on silo semi-trailer vehicles that are the subject of the invention are not welded on the body, but only the flange that is available in the cone assembly is welded to the body. Inner wall sheet metal, gasket and elliptical exit cone that are available in the cone assembly except the flange are fixed to the flange with bolts. In case of any blockages, bolts are removed and cleaning can be done. Thus, the exit cone becomes a service part, and in cases where its replacement or repair is required, this can be done thanks to its bolt connections.
