Abstract: An apparatus and system for dispensing a food and beverage product where a flowable product is extracted from a flexible pouch, and where a nozzle region exists through which the flowable product evacuates the flexible pouch. The nozzle region has a lock seal that locks the flowable product within the flexible pouch when a pressure less than a first threshold value is applied to the flexible pouch. There is also a frangible seal located above the nozzle region that is configured to lock the flowable product within the flexible pouch when pressure less than a second threshold value is applied to the flexible pouch and when the first threshold value is larger than the second threshold value.

Abstract: Methods, systems, caps, containers, and assemblies for a gecko-like container capping system are described. A gecko-like cap configured to cover an opening in a container may include an inner surface configured to mate with an opening surface of a container. Setae may be located on a surface of the cap and/or a surface of the container that are configured to oppose movement of the cap away from the container by creating an adhesion force between the inner surface and the opening surface. The cap may include one or more release mechanisms configured to deflect the inner surface away from the opening surface, thereby reducing the adhesion force such that the cap is removable from the container.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and processes are disclosed for the manufacture, filling and dispensing of fiowable contents. The dispenser system includes a dispenser bottle, a dispensing cap, a pre- filled container, an optional inversion tube wherein the pre-filled container contains fiowable contents therein for dispensing when a dispenser bottle is squeezed, pumped or sprayed. A user grasps the bottle, squeezes it to increase internal pressure, and forces out through the dispensing cap the fiowable contents. Upon release, the system allows air to enter and replace the forced- out fiowable contents and neutralize the pressure in the space between the container and the bottle. An inline process of manufacturing and filling the containers is provided.
