The present invention relates to a tube container having an improved residual content recovery, which provides a space for accommodating contents such as detergents, cosmetics, foods, or medicines. The tube container includes a tube body and a tube neck. The tube neck is designed to be removable by being pulled by a user's hand, enabling easy removal of the neck via simple manual manipulation by the user after most of the content within the container is consumed, so even the residual content may be used.

Упаковка содержит предназначенную для продукта в жидком состоянии нижнюю герметичную емкость с расположенным сверху затвором, разрушаемым заостренным концом соломки, и предназначенную для пищевого продукта в твердом состоянии верхнюю емкость, выполненную в форме соосного нижней емкости полого усеченного конуса с обращенньм вниз меньшим основанием, являющимся дном верхней емкости. Ёмкости соединены между собой с помощью соединительного элемента, выполненного заодно с верхней емкостью. Этот элемент расположен на дне верхней емкости. На боковой стенке верхней емкости выполнено углубление в виде желоба, расположенного вдоль нижнего участка образующей внешней поверхности боковой стенки для размещения в нём с возможностью продольного перемещения соломки для приема находящегося в нижней емкости пищевого продукта. Образующая поверхности желоба расположена под углом к оси обеих емкостей и пересекает поверхность затвора нижней емкости. Соединительный элемент выполнен в виде цельного, или разрезанного в области, расположенной напротив желоба, кольца. На внутренней поверхности соединительного элемента и на внешней поверхности верхней части боковой стенки нижней емкости выполнены соответствующие друг другу средства для соединения нижней емкости с верхней емкостью. Соединительный элемент может быть выполнен в виде отдельного кольца.

A protective cover (10) for a vessel (15) comprises a body sized to cover an opening of the vessel a coupling means (16, 18 & 20). The coupling means includes an adhesive coated surface arranged to contact a rim around the opening of the vessel or an exterior surface of the vessel bordering or near the rim. In use, the body is coupled to the vessel such that it covers the vessel opening, thereby preventing entry of unwanted foreign substances into the vessel. The body or coupling means may display advertising indicia (40, 42). The invention also includes a method of preventing unwanted substances from entering a vessel by use of the protective cover and a method of displaying advertising indicia using the cover.

The present invention relates to a composite material used in beverage packaging bag easily penetrated by a straw. The composite material is made of more than two layers. A hole used for a straw is pre-punctured at least in one layer of the composite material. And at least one layer is not punctured so as to act as sealing layer. The present invention provides a composite material that is easy to be penetrated by a straw and has a reliable sealability. Moreover this kind of composite material is effective in cost and sanitary.

A method of making an improved seal between a drinking container (1), or part of a drinking container (14), and a drinking straw (20). This is achieved by providing the drinking container (1) or an associated part (14) with a permanent bulge (2a, 2b) that forms a double seal (6, 19) against the drinking straw (2) after insertion. The same device also provides increased resistance against the drinking straw (20) unintentionally slipping out.

The invention relates to the increasing popularity of ready made dishes, especially fast food dishes. The aim of the invention is not merely to satisfy human requirements of food but to respond to their requirements in terms of entertainment, financial security and increased leisure time. The packaging can be used for the distribution of non-food products. Said packaging jointly comprises 7 different products which can be marketed on an individual basis. The disposable packagings can be kept ready for use in a vending machine and/or domestic variation thereof wherein several menus and drinks can be selected and in which the final preparation of the foodstuff(s) can, for instance, take place by microwave heating; whereupon purchaser is subsequently provided with the selected composition in said packaging. According to the invention, the machine is fitted with a novel payment system. The inventive packaging is a multi-purpose product which is mainly used to wrap foodstuffs. The invention can also be used in a plurality of additional ways which increase the value and attractivity of the packaging, thereby making said product more attractive to the consumer. .

The invention relates to a covering device for a container (1), with an edge (2), in particular, a drinks tin, a yogurt pot, a glass or similar. Said device comprises a lid (4), which may be pivoted around a pivoting axis (3) and a mounting (5), for fixing to the container. A secure fixing to any form of container (1) with an edge (2) may be achieved, whereby the covering device is arranged such that the mounting (5) comprises a clamp piece (6) and a counter support (7), which cooperates with the clamp piece (6), such that the edge (2) may be pressed against the counter support, by means of the clamp piece (6).

The invention relates to pouch or bag-shaped beverage containers (1) having an opening system which is pierced by a straw to access the beverage. The container includes a wall (14) which is a multilayer laminate which from the outside to the inside includes polyester film (3), printing ink (4), adhesive (5), foil (6), adhesive (7) and polyethylene film (8). In order to facilitate piercing of wall (14) by a straw, a portion of the outer polyester film is removed at an area (2) which is intended to be pierced by a straw as is known in the art. To further facilitate piercing of wall (14) an area of delamination (9) is created opposite area (2) between foil layer (6) and the polyethylene film (8). Area of delamination (9) is created by vaporizing adhesive layer (7) by means of laser radiant energy which is transmitted through the polyethylene film (8) and absorbed by adhesive layer (7).

A twist-on/twist-off resealable assembly for a can-end, such as a metal can (5) used in the beverage industry includes a first set of knuckles (4) formed on the can body near its top opening. A plurality of cooperating fingers (3) on the inside of the can lid (1) engage the knuckles so that the lid is tightened by its progressive downward motion as the lid is rotated. The lid also includes a weakened or frangible portion (2B) for forming a straw opening. A second set of knuckles (6) are located below the top set of knuckles for engagement by fingers (7) extending from a pilfer-proof ring. The twist-off can lid may be made from the same metal as the can body or alternatively from a transparent plastic material or a combination of metal and plastic.
